How about something positive about treatments. no more negatives

Options

I have been through chemo, hairloss, radiation, tamoxifen, xeloda, femara and now faslodex.  All since being diagnosed in Aug 2009.  It can be depressing reading how nothing works.  My cancer returned in my liver and bones.

positive.....  xeloda shrunk the cancer and made it disappear in my liver.

tamoxifen and femara didnt work.

now I am trying faslodex and need positive feedback.

Hi Beth, I haven't done Faslodex but I do know there are some threads about it.  Try doing a search to find them.

Hoping for you that it works wonders!

    Love n hugs.   Chrissy

Hugs to you. This topic is inspiring. I am just diagnosed so far has not started chemo. The positive thing this whole sucky thing has brought me is closeness to my family.

Wish you all the best in your treatment!

A positive..... having an onc who knows that his training dictates a certain protocol of treatments, but has an open enough mind and no ego, so that he is willing to work in conjunction with my family doctor in thinking outside the box. My family doctor was not willing to give up on me when others had. I can't thank both of them enough.
