I am not sure where to put this, so if this should be put somewhere else, just let me know. I did a search on here and I noticed some people were talking about them here. So, here it goes. lol I am so tired of waiting on my hair to grow back that I want to get extensions. My hair is long enough to get them, I just don't know what kind to get. I have had a few consultations and each hair stylist recommends a different kind. I want to get them before next weekend when we go on vacation. Any ideas or suggestions or information period?!? TIA!

    2miracles, how long is your hair now?


    There are different types of extensions, some more readily available than others.


    Do you really need them before this weekend?

    thank you for the response. Not this weekend, next weekend and technically next Wednesday before we go out of town.


    My hair is in layers since that is how it has grown out. The longest is to my shoulders and the shortest is almost to the bottom of my ears. then off course I have bands because for some reason that section is taking forever to grow, but even they come to the corner of my mouth. My hair used to be almost to my waist and has been growing in since Jan of 2012. I started talking to my stylist of 12 years about extensions then . lol so now it is long enough but I live in Florida now. She is in Texas. I'm thinking about doing clip ins vs the attached kind. Financially they make more sense, (I am also saving for my deductible to get some new foobs), they seem less damaging to your hair and sleeping on all those beads and bonds does not sound fun!
