Palbociclib (PD-0332991) Trial

Next week I will be starting in this trial and I am interested in connecting with others that are participating. I think this trial is only for metastatic postmenopausal ER+ breast cancer as a first line treatment. The palbociclib (PD-0332991) is taken with letrozole in oral pills every day for 3 weeks then one week off on a 28 day cycle. This is a phase 3 trial sponsored by Pfizer. It is a double blind study with 2/3 participants getting palbociclib and 1/3 getting a placebo and noone knows for sure if you get it until the study is complete.
