Concerned about underarm symptoms

Hi, new member here. I've had a flat, 1", light pink spot under my left arm (same side as lumpectomy) for several months, as well as slight, intermittent pulling sensations in that arm, and strong odor in that pit. What an introduction, I know....!



Has anyone else experienced this? I'm concerned that it is not going away, though it has not gotten worse, either. Have tried using no deo (my usual for years w/o any problems has been Tom's of Maine), as well as cortisone cream to no effect.



Grateful for any insight. Thank you!



History:



Dx'd with DCIS, stage 0, grade 2 in Sept. 2012, followed by lumpectomy at Memorial Sloan Kettering in Nov. 2012. 98% ER+. Clear margins and no radiation deemed necessary.



Previously dx'd with a very rare ovarian cancer (Sertoli-Leydig, Stage 2B, grade 3) in Dec. 2011. Complete hysterectomy in Feb. 2011, followed by six cycles of carbo/taxol in March - July 2012. In remission (NED) since.

    I was just logging on to post a very similar topic and I saw yours. I have a 1" light pink spot too under the arm and it itches- on the same side as mastectomy. It just showed up today as far as I know; I'm very concerned about it.
