Paper cut

I have a paper cut that is taking forever to heal. Finger is slightly stollen. Any tios?

    New-Skin Liquid Bandage available in first aid aisle of the drugstore. Stings a bit when you apply it but protects the cut and water etc won't sting anymore. Better than trying to keep a real bandage clean and dry on an active finger. Of course it goes without saying to watch carefully for cellulitis signs.

    I have a script for an antibiotic cream (silvadene aka silver sulfadiazine) that was used on my deep wounds, now I use it for any type of scratch or cut. In fact my surgeon just refilled a big tub for me! Good luck, I had a cat scratch that took almost a month to heal :( Of course it seems that it is "always" on the lymphedema side something happens!
