    I was so dry, my innards leaked blood.
    Alternated vagifem and vitamin E oil.
    don't do that anymore

    Wow thanks so much- I spoke to dr again and he said I was perfectly normal biopsy and sonogram. Not to worry. But I always wondered how it happened in first. Place.

    May I ask is vagifem a suppository - how doyou apply the vit e oil? Q tip ?

    Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you - not on here as much as I once was.
    Vagifem is a pill on a stick -- the other kind of local estrogen is e-string. Never used it, but most oncs and gynos are comfortable with local estrogen.

    Vitamin e - I either just use the vitamin e capsules (I stick a pin in, but I have friends who put it in whole), or I reuse the Replens applicator.

    Replens, BTW, can often be enough.

    hi I can't use estring or any thing w/ hormones. I have really delicate tissues-the vit e oil seems ok- do u think 1 capsule is enough? How often? Saw my oncologist who said usually u get staining or


    Bleeding while on tamoxifen not 4 years after you have stopped so bit nervous about that.
