Left rib cage pain

Hello to everyone,

I had bilateral mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction on August 29th,2013.

Recovery was ok until yesterday . After my surgeon removed 3 out of 4 drainages . Next early morning I developed this extremely uncomfortable rib pan on my left( maybe coincident but drainages removed completely also on the left side). I can't breath fully, it gives me sharp pain on the left rib cage.

Last night my husband took me to Emergency just to make sure is no blood clots in the lung. They run some tests( X-ray, CT scan,blood work). No blood clots found, but some fluids in the left lung. I was sent home.

Here I'm can't sleep hoping if someone had similar condition and tell me what should I do.
