sudden darkening with an itch and redness

I recently noticed that I have a darkened area on the side my breast that itches like nobodys business. The area on the bottom side is really red and has raw feeling. I've tried clotrimazole, cortisone, and benadryl but nothing is working and its going on 3wks (and getting bigger). All If the images that I have seen of IBC the affected área is usually on the front of the breast and close to the nipple. Did anyone else experience this and it turned out to be ibc.

    If there's one thing I've learned from reading all of these posts, its that everyone's symptoms seem to be slightly different. If anything is concerning you, go get it checkout by a doctor! Statistics are on your side, IBC is very rare and it's likely to be some other sort of skin condition but it's best to have a medical professional check you out. I am by NO MEANS an expert but that is just my opinion. Good luck!
