Thx Specialk. I find putting thoughts into forms often helps me express them. So I write metered poetry. I have not subjected many people to it though. Just on here and I try to keep this one light. But just found out I have a lump onc wants to look at. so on the rollercoaster for now.

Something strange scares you
You go get it checked out
Most times it's nothing -
for moon:
Sending you some strength,
I hope it helps you feel calm,
and loved by us here. -
I thank you for your concern
It fills my heart up
To know I have your support! -
moon - always!
-
Recieved call this afternoon
O Allelulia!
It seems all is right again!
Oncs office called so I didn't have to go through the weekend without knowing radiologist said "nothing remarkable" yay!
Thanks again for the support! -
Awesome, awesome, yay!
I am so happy for you!
Now you can relax! -
All is right again
There's nothing remarkable
Except YOU, that is
Bless you. -
LOL, Thx so much. I do feel relieved. Whoopee.
Now the funeral. Ain't life grand? LOL
If I didn't mention it my DFIL passed. He was ready to go, especially since my DMIL passed in Dec. They both passed quietly in their sleep at age 90. So it is more of a celebration of their life, still a bit sad, but the kind of funeral you always hope to go to. Much love to all. -
moon - I am glad that you can now tackle the funeral, and all the attendant stresses associated with that, without having to worry about anything else. I just attended a similar funeral (a friend who came into my life because of BC, she was a survivor of leukemia, and I participated in a writing workshop for cancer survivors led by her) and it was really a lovely service - definitely a celebration of her accomplished life! I will be thinking of you.

It's the middle of April,
For crying out loud!
Why was the ground white today!!!! -
Standing on the grassy hill
Setting sun they watch
orange shines through hands held tight -
I stood upon that same hill.
Watching that same light
I am glad you have someone. -
Welcome Momcat.
-
Moonflwr912....I love it. :'-)
-
My eyes see beauty.
My hands write it on paper,
My heart - wide open. -

I had a large lump
Pathology says its good.

LOL -
Finaly Summer is here
Hot weather and sunny skies
Just in time for School! -
It is raining now,
Same as last year and before,
August in Tampa. -
We always complain
About the weather outside
While we sit inside -
each day i rejoice
despite daily hot flashes
dancing still brings joy -
Hi Wingnut! I liked that!
-
An implant goes in
Drainage amounts way too high
Add a surgery!

Ps: second surgery on implant went well and I should be able to keep it in. Third times the charm. Repeat . Repeat. LOL -
Six surgeries now.
And at least one more to go.
Why'd this seem simple? -
just around corner
one year cancerversary

Just three weeks till surgery
Tissue Expanders
