Strangely enough, a lot of these are foods I've suddenly been craving since maybe halfway through rads. Ocean caught fish, for instance, was on the menu maybe twice in three weeks, now I want it nearly every day!
Body, heal yourself!

Has anyone heard of the miracle fruit soursop that cures cancer? I heard about it on dr oz as well, however I hear risks of having high doses can cause Parkinsonian symptoms? Any one try it or thoughts about it??

There have been threads discussing soursop on this forum. You can use the search function to find those discussions. I always get curious when I hear the words miracle and cure with respect to bc or other cancers and search around. I haven't found any evidence from a credible source that soursop is a miracle or a cure.

I read quite a while ago that it is the plant/tree of the soursop that has the most cancer fighting ability. Not the fruit. It's called graviola. It can be bought in a tincture. I've tried it. It made me tired and a little headachy. I took it before bed for a little while, but I didn't keep it going. i forgot about it. Just found it this morning. Was thinking I wanted to take it again sometime.

B123, soursop has been discussed here, as Brnx said. There are no miracles, unfortunately, and with soursop there is the parkinson's issue and as with most herbal supplements the problem of knowing just what it is you are buying, in terms of origin and potency.

Let's face it. None of us really know what will work and what will not..what is truly safe and what is not. I certainly don't know. I just read and gather information, and try to add things up. Some of us are just looking for things that are effective and safer than some of the chemos and drugs that are being used, because they are certainly not keeping us safe.
At this point, I don't put anything in my body unless I research it first, food drink meds, herbs,.. everything. At least graviola has some studiies that can back up their claims. For some people that is enough to give it a try.
Personally, from my experience with graviola, I believe I would have had to take way over the recommended dosage for a long period of time before getting parkinsons symptoms. I felt a little strange on it and not particulary good for a few hours, but no parkinsons symptoms whatsoever, and if it killed breast cancer cells, then for me it was worth it. I would take it again.
