Mediven Night Cream...anyone tried it?

While ordering a gauntlet, I noticed a cream used to treat LE.  Here is the description:

Ingredients like jojoba oil and shea butter nourish your skin, while witch hazel provides soothing relief. Medi Night Cream also contains horse chestnut seed extract which has been used for centuries to treat venous insufficiency.

    Anyone tried this?

I haven't heard of it but am willing to try anything.

Is this for people who do not wear a night garmet?

Barb, if you're using a night garment you might want to check with the manufacturer about lotions you can wear with it that won't damage the fabric.

The point of skin cream is to keep your skin supple and healthy, to avoid chafing and micro-cracks caused by dryness so bacteria has no easy entry. The usefulness of horse chestnut is a bit controversial, so check with your PCP as well.

    Hugs,
    Binney
