OK, need help on forms/bras.

Hi there. I had a preventative bilateral mast. almost 2 years ago for LCIS. I've been very comfortable flat this whole time (no reconstruction). I think I'd like to get something very light and easy to deal with for rare use. Is there a light form that can be put into a bra like the Ahhh Bra? Or will it just ride up? I don't want anything heavy. I'm really surprised at how easy it was to go flat and am so glad I didn't do reconstruction. Thanks for any advice!

    There is a huge discussion here called All things Bra and Prosthesis and yes, there are light microbead forms. As well as foam forms. But the one I wear the most is from Handfull, I wear that form in pocketed camis (because I can't stand a "bra" type strap over where my lymph nodes were removed).

    My microbead forms are from TLC and the memory forms are from Amoena I believe. In the TLC cami's that have no band, no, they do not ride up. I can't say about a bra because I can't wear those.

    I am sure others will chime in...mostly I do go flat. but maybe twice a week I get a self esteem boost from wearing foobs...

    Crystal, are all the TLC cami's bandless or just certain ones?

    I don't know the answer as this 8067 is the only one I have a few of. It does have a front band, but then the band stops under the arms, so there is no band in the back. It is not a "perfect look" but it is good enough for me. I actually put the handful forms in these camis which only take away my concave look. That is all I want, to not look concave, so this really works and is the most comfortable.

    Even a genie bra is too much tightness around the lymph node removal-drain area. That darn drain area on the one side still hurts. 3 years done.

    Crystal, I'll have to give that 8067 a try in the future. I also only don't want to look concave, and then only occasionally. Do you like the Handful cami at all?
