What is meant by "bug bite"?

When people refer to their rash as resembling a bug bite, are they generally taking about a mosquito type bite or something much smaller like a tiny red bump? Any advice would be appreciated!

    Hi SarahRoss,

    The main Breastcancer.org site's page on Symptoms of Inflammatory Breast Cancer lists quite a few variations of symptoms, including what looks like "ridges, welts, or hives" on the breast. So, the symptoms can present differently for each case.

    If it's something you're worried about, we suggest you have your doctor check it out! Peace of mind is worth it!
