Four simple words, "I suffer from depression"

I found this TEDTalk video and it was eye-opening to watch.  Certainly, going through breast cancer will depress anyone. In fact, there was a study just released showing that depression after treatment is very common.

But I have had a life-long battle with depression, and this young man's perspective was so affirming in the sense that I am normal in my experience with depression, and that depression can be turned into a life affirmation.  I am posting this hoping it will help others. Incredible.
