Sudden severe hotflashes

I am ER/PR+ at dx time, did not take hormonal treatment. Been ok for a while. Last MRI early this year was fine. Last few weeks, having severe, drenching hotflashes. No changes in diet, lifestyle or supplement. Have the feeling that something is recruiting all my hormone, and nothing good will come out of this. Anyone experience similar?
