-
Carmelle,
Big congrats to you...wishing many more -
So nice to read a post like this, with similar stats you give me great hope.
-
Carmelle:
I don't think there is a one of us that's been diagnosed with this disease, no matter what form, stage, grade - that isn't "reborn" by your post. May you have at least 50 more healthy, wonderful years!
Linda

Thank you - did you do anything to stay so healthy ? Diet, natural meds etc?

Hello Michelle!!
Congrats on 10 years!! Thinking of you today and will say a toast to you tonight! I am so happy to know that you and I are both doing well!! I am grateful that I found you 10 years ago and we were able to go through this difficult time together! You were such a blessing to me!! I was thinking the other day about when we were able to meet at Oprah!! So crazy and awesome!! Sending you BIG hugs and many prayers! XO! Wendy

Carmelle,
Thanks so much for coming back and offering the encouragement! Congratulations!
Wendilou,
I'm curious about your meeting at Oprah. Did you already know each other?
You were both very young at your diagnosis! What a blessing to see your posts today! Thanks for sharing.
-
Thrilled to pop into the boards and see two women celebrating 10 years of NED! Thank you for returning and sharing with us. Wishing you much health and happiness.
-
We met on these boards Fondak! We were close in age, both with little kids, similar Dx but slightly different Tx because Michelle is in Canada and I am in Ohio. But we were a great support to eachother. Anyhow, we were in a chat one day and Michelle mentioned how she was so excited to go to Oprah and I was like "Wait!?! I am going to Oprah too!" Ended up we both had tickets to the same show!!! We were able to meet in Chicago have dinner and then the next day see the Oprah show together!! It was a wonderful amazing gift! Crazy huh!?!?!
-
Congrats. You keep me hopeful!
-
Wendilou still an amzing story to me how we "met" at Oprah. Any way that was pure coincidence...I think not!
I am so happy to see you doing well 10 years out and LOVE your annual Family Xmas card. BTW you look more beautiful than the year before you were diagnosed
...aging agrees with you.
To all. We don't come back here often but please know the world is filled with people who have gone this route and back to life without Bc being present every second of every day as it si through treatment and recovery.
xoxo
