    Not sure where to post, so figured here was as good as anywhere.  1st follow up CT Scan last friday.  A few areas of concern, so PET Scan yesterday.  Onc just call, only "hot spot " is adrenal.  He has not been able to connect with radiologist, long weekend early get away perhaps.  Wants to talk with him before he decides what should happen next.  It could be somthing, but could not be something.  It is good that other issues they were concerned about are non-issues.  1 hot spot is better than more he says.

    So my question - anyone else have adrenal gland issues following treatment?  What was the follow up and outcome.

    Hi Nel, I had a CT scan and a 1 cm nodule was found on an adrenal gland. After an MRI, it wasn't a nodule at all but a part of the gland that was bent over. I'm not sure how a hot spot differs from a nodule on a CT so I really can't offer any advice.
