Supreme court will rule on patent for BRCA

I am hoping that the Supreme Court will say a company cannot have patent on a gene sequence. I may not be stating this correctly, but all I know is that only one company can perform BRCA tests. If other labs are able to perform these tests, the price will go down. The decision may be announced this month! With a lower cost, more women will be able to afford this test.
