Recommendation of physicians and surgeons in MD Andersion

I certain by now you have made your decision, but you might want to get second opinion from Dr. Abramowitz who is on Gessner Rd. next to Memorial City Memorial Hermann.

I have heard and known people who have gone to MDAnderson and said it was the best. I am IDC and also I found a BS locally. He is one of the two best in town. I would def seek out a BS rather than a regular surgeon. My Ob-GYN suggested this surgeon but he wasnt a BS; I wanted a dr who specializes in breast surgery. Lovewife you dont indicate where you guys live but there are a lot of women on this forum from all over the place and would have recommendations as to who to go to in their town. I asked around when I was dx and found out several friends who had bc both used the BS I chose. There are a lot of good doctors out there. If she has other doctors I would ask for their recommendation or friends if she has friends who have bc....Sorry we are so late in responding to you. Hope all is well. Diane
