How is the glove supposed to fit? It seems to fit well on my hand/palm but the fingers are a bit loose, especially near my finger tips. The next-smallest sized glove I tried on was painfully tight and I knew I'd never wear it so I went with the bigger one. It's not uncomfortable but I just don't know if it's "right" or will cause me more problems.

I actually got gloves & sleeves for both sides, just to have them preventatively, but the only problem I've had is some minor swelling & discomfort on my prophylactic side. It may be mild LE or possibly a chemo side effect... I also have some neuropathy in my fingertips so maybe it's something to do with that. LE therapist was confounded. Anyway, can I just wear the glove & not the sleeve? I don't have any swelling or anything in my arm, it's just my hand. The sleeve is annoying. Actually the glove is annoying too but easier to take on & off if I need to.

So if there are gaps near my finger tips should I get out the sewing maching & try to modify them??? Or are the gaps OK? I tried looking for pictures of proper fit but I couldn't find any that showed gapping fingers.

Not a fan of this compression stuff, it just doesn't feel good, I feel claustrophobic in them. Maybe I should just stash them away in case I ever get on a plane???

Inde, there will be others who will come in Im sure, but with my limited knowledge I would recommend against you altering your garments yourself. You didnt see any with gapping fingers because they shouldnt be gapping. How long have you had these garments? is it possible for you to return them? If youve got swelling it is important to get it seen to, evaluated and you should be measured if an off the shelf doesnt fit properly or is uncomfortable.
