Is chemo automatic if there is a bit of IDC found in the Sentinel node and the sentinel node is gone?

    Yes, at least my cancer team recommended chemo, even if I'd only had one positive node.  Chemo is reallly the only weapon they have (and have had since 1948).  Sad.
