Karen...I'm so proud of you the way you handled this thread all by yourself
So tomorrow only one contestant is going home unless I misunderstood

-
Saying good Night because BCO is not 100% fixed yet
♥
-
thanks sheila, it was lonely though, I voted on-line, the site was having problems also. Hope bc.org comes back for you. Goodnight sheila.
-
Renee, sending positive thoughts for your Mom's surgery tomorrow. Can't wait to see your take on tonight's The Voice.
-
So here on the west coast Sasha just got done with the Arethea song & I must say, she is in no way a fav of mine but I thought she did spectacular on that song.
-
I don't have a horse in the race anymore. My guess is that Danielle wins over the majority of voters, but even if she doesn't go the distance, as Blake commented last night, "a star is born."
The singing was all decent this week and so for me (and probably the rest of America) it is going to come down to personal, nit-picky things. I did not like the staging (complete w/bar floozies) for The Swon's first song, and "Okie From Muskogee" was just too dated for me. Amber, songing "Crazy," didn't feel as dated but it felt loungy to me, and the little touches that she inserted to kind of update the song took away from the Patsy original. On Danielle's first song, her choreographed movement was exactly the same as last week on the "Grandpa" song. Sit for the first verse, get up and meander forward for the rest of the song. Ho-hum, visually. Sasha never sounded authentic on the Carrie Underwood song. She did better on the Aretha song, but I just have a problem with her timbre and her vibratto. She can really sing, but I just don't like it.
Strangely, nothing really bothered me about Holly this week. I don't know if she was memorable enough, and she probably won't get the most downloads. If she had a bigger personality, she'd have a chance. Michelle...I have to say I liked how she avoided her now standard crouch, and showed the softer side of her voice on her first song. I also liked her cover of Taylor Swift's song. What she needs now, is for someone to get her out of her 1978 punk rock suit just for one song.
I know I am picking the nits this week, but like I said, I don't think anyone was truly bad. I can't even guess who America will send home.

Here's the latest from itunes.com
Look who's got the #1 and #4 songs on the chart!!!!!!
-
sorry ladies I couldn't shrik it... don't know how

-
I read on one web review that Holly will be going home. I was rooting for Michelle, but I can't stand Taylor Swift & for her to be so ga-ga over Miss Red Lips totally turned me off!
-
WOW Renee and the winner of The Voice is.....
-
I'm here, hope some of you ladies join me, sheila is your computer working properly now?, I hope so.
-
Hi...i thought The voice was at 9 pm
I caught up.........Joni ...i can't stand Taylor Swift either.....and Holly can go home.......
Hi Karen........
-
Don't like Taylor Swift either. She does not seem sincere to me, very condescending. Michelle was saved, what exactly is an "inde" artist? I think it will be Holly tonight.
-
Karen...you said it she looks so fake.......
I have a feeling Amber is going home
FB postings are most for Sasha and Michelle...
Who do you think??????????????

-
I think Holly, Amber has the nore vibrant personality where Holly is a quieter artisi. Did not know Team Blake and Team Usher went to Oklahoma also, the National Anthem was emotion laden for me.
-
mimi1964, we edited your post to shrink the picture to fit a bit better. Let us know if you want more info about how to do that - or we're glad to help out.

♥♥♥♥I think my blank name is going home maybe not...they better hurry up.....
Having a mild anxiety attack......
-
I thought it would come down to Amber and Holly standing there, I have to say I want the next save to be the Swon Brothers, Holly will make it in Christian Music.
-
Yes Karen

-
What a coach, he was right there to hold her. I think Blake is going to have the winner again this year, either Danielle or the Swon Brothers. I will be so disappointed if it is Sasha.
-
Holly going home was no surprise. What was surprising was the first duo of the night sang a nearly 30 year old Madonna dance club hit. I don't know that the version was so fabulous, but it made me happy just to hear it after all these years. It was great fun to dance to back in the day. Good times. Also enjoyed seeing the clips of the hurricane relief concert because I did not watch when that was televised. Did they mention why Sasha did not go along to that? Maybe she took the time to go to her kids.
-
Eli, no one mentioned it but I would imagine she went home to her kids.
-
CMT AWARDS..

-
Hi sheila, I couldn't find the channel, knew from your post that it was tonight at 8, so kept on searching. Who was that with Jason Aldean? If Carrie does How Great Thou Art... let's just say I got the kleenexes handy.
-
I guess you found it.....
