I am a 17 year old male, and have had an issue for about 3 months now. At first it was just an eczema like rash that itched sometimes on my nipple that came and went but then a couple weeks ago I felt what I thought were lumps under the skin. I went to the doctor last week and he said I had gynecomastia and shouldn't be worried, but now my nipple is bleeding a little bit and I read that 75% of male bloody discharges means cancer. I know how rare it is for someone my age to get this, but should I be worried? What should I do?
