Thinking Out Loud.....

Thank you. I forgot to let anyone know I would be catching it on fire, and everyone got pretty excited. Too funny!
-
YUM Meece!!!!
Diane, we don't use the dress word here
Crappy day, hot and muggy, more thunderstorms. Weekend is going to rain all freaking weekend. I NEED THE BEACH!!!
-
Oh dear - I had no idea "dress" was on the forbidden language list
It will never happen again.
Interesting article on this website today under breaking news - lack of vitamin D production in winter makes Tamoxifen less effective....
-
Yup - I definitely would burn the house down if I tried making that.
I'm grateful that you will "listen" to me complain though I feel bad - there are so many more important things wrong in this world, my stuff seems so .... unimportant. But thank you for listening and letting me complain. I don't really have anyone in my life I can complain to. Not that talking about crap really makes me feel better. Someone on these boards has the tag line: a problem shared is a problem halved. (or something like that) Not sure that works for me - but I keep trying anyway (sharing my problems hoping they will be halved...lol)

GOOD MORNING !
-
Ha ha - cute pic, Sheila - funny how it can be sweltering one day and cold the next - or in Linda's case the other day - sweltering to cold in a matter of hours...
Glad you had a good sports night, Val. Sorry about the Bruins, Linda...
Don't forget to eat today, Sheila.

Good Morning Sunshine............stopping in to say have a great weekend.....headed to the shore, although crappy weather, here and there.........it's an opening of the house and pool, so other then getting wet, no real plans that would be hampered.....mostly work...hugs
-
It's OK about the Bruins, I wanted to see them win in the gahhden!
Have fun at the shore!! Crappy weather here all weekend too.
Hi Chris!
My microwaved died last night. My kids were shocked. lol. How will they cook something. It's 7 years old, paid 950. for it and don't want to spend money on a new one. I used the google and found out that it may just be the fuse. 1.65 for the fuse! I am going to try that. Unfortunately the micro is installed over the stove so I will have to uninstall the micro....actually I will let DH do that.
MUGGY!!!
-
I'm no longer considered Obese
Legally overweight.......
Up since 7.....don't like mornings...feel lost
Other than that things are OK
Linda go revive the microwave....don't you have guarantee on it ?
(((♥DEB♥)))
-
Yes I do. But if I use that then I have to wait for a sevice person to come and fix it. If it is only the fuse, DH can do that this crappy weekend. The micro worked last night, then 5 minutes later it just stopped heating. Apparently thats a fuse problem.
Congrats on the weight!
-
hate when things break Linda..950.00 wow I get my stuff on freecycle.com love it...
Shiela, yay so happy for you for the weight loss.....
My car has decided to break so I am car less....it was broken before, but it ran, now can't start....it is ok, it is my week off from chemo...do have a swallow test to get done, something in my throat, probably a cyst blocking my esophagus, pills are hard to swallow...but other than that have nothing to do...not stressing, thank goodness for the illegal stuff, it takes away the pain sometimes and the nausea and just chills me out...
have a good day, what are you all doing for the weekend, me nothing!!!
BBL
-
Sandy - sorry about your car. That stuff is legal now here in WA. i remember 30 years ago when my MIL had cancer, her doc arranged for her to pick some up at the poice station. Hard to believe.
Deb? How's it going?
-
yea, Deb please check in!!!
-
I use freecycle too! Love it!!
Legal in MA too! -
In the late 70's I was the Office Manager at the Board of Pharmacy when we did a research project on the use of THC for relief for chemo and glaucoma. two other states were also doing their own research. All showed it effective but DEA ignored the findings. We used both THC capsules and pre-rolled pot cigarettes supplied by DEA for the study.
-
Do you have any left that you can send to Sandy. lol
-
I just checked NY...We are not legal yet
Some shopping under drizzle with my winter coat
Heat is on.....nothing exciting here
I have to goole Freecycle..
Sorry Sandy
(((DEB)))
Chabba my weight loss is only 10 pounds but the idea that I'm on overweight BMI and not obese comforts me....for health reasons
-
sheila, I can empathize. I was obese until my early 50's when is changed my eating and exercise habits and got out of the obese range. I. too. was thrilled. Unfortunately in 1999 I got acute pancratitis and lost way too much weight. I was able to regain some of it but never got back to my "ideal" weight. I was thrilled when I started tamoxifen and read that a lot of women gain weight on it. Unfortunately, I am one of those few who lose it. At 5'10", 115 lbs is way too thin.
-
thanks peeps....
yes Shiela google it, it is a yahoo group....www.freecycle.com
-
My BFF died one year ago this weekend. I miss her so much!
-
(((((((Linda)))))))
-
So sorry Linda - glad she had a very special friendship with you and that goes a long way.
