Automatically add topics you've posted in to Favorites

I would really love a setting so that whenever I post in a topic/thread, that topic will automatically appear in My Favorite Topics. I find it really frustrating to have to remember to manually add each thread and hate to miss responses/follow-up questions because I didn't add the thread. Maybe there is already something like this & I'm missing it??
