    Hi all, i will be there on the 1st! I had my exchange /reduction lift surgery yesterday and doing ok. Well yesterday had the good drugs and today just need to stay on top of the med! so June 1 might be one of first public outings to figure out what to wear since i have to wear the surgical bra for 4Weeks!



    Katie, welcome to the group!

    Odie, thanks again for putting this Together!

    If the outside porch in centreville isn't ready yet, there is plenty of room inside for our group and they take rservations. She (the owner) is also a big supporter of breast cancer!

    Sorry about that. Guess my good drugs from yesterday! she supports supports the awareness causes and survivors / fighters. She had specials last October that part of proceeds went to BC charities.

    :) This surgery is kicking my butt. I itch like crazy and so sore on the sides. On top of my sleep pattern all messed up. Happy Saturday. Thanks for letting me vent

    This exchange / recon is kicking my butt, got a fever, sore throat, and itch! PS changed antibiotics and prescribed an anti itch med, fever went down but still have headache :(

    Hi,

    I have to go up to Fairfax Hyundai this week for oil changes. I have way too many hyundais. you get free tires for life if you do the free oil changes there. am thinking of going up wed am and friday am. if anyone wants to meet near there. can stay later on friday for lunch

    We are all set for for next Saturday June 1st at 12:30 at Coyote Grill in Centreville. Reservation is under the last name "Quick"....Looking forward to it.

    Thanks Pasche! Everyday gets better, then I do too much and my body lets me Know!! This reduction and lift kicked my butt almost as bad as the original mastectomy. The implant exchange side is a breeze in comparison!

    Hi all, I am not sure if I will make it tomorrow. (my energy levels are still low from surgery 2weeks ago and I did too much today :( )

    If i can make it, it will probably mid meal, so I'll join you for an ice tea.

    Hate to say it, but I will also not be able to make it tomorrow as we had an unexpected death in the family. The reservation is under the name "Quick" and was set for 8-10 people thou it looks like it will likely be 5-6....I hate to miss it but will be at the next one. Let me know where we want to go next month and if we want to do the first Saturday of July (holiday weekend) or push back to the next Saturday...



    PeggySull, I leave you in charge.....lol

    July 13 LUNCHEON of Northern Virginia Women



    The next luncheon of the Northern Virginia BC ladies will not be on the first Saturday of July because of the July 4 holiday weekend.



    Instead, it will be on Saturday, July 13, at 12:30 PM. This time we are meeting at Jackson's Restaurant in Reston Town Center.



    Yesterday we had a lot of fun but we missed people who came to the first luncheon but were unable to come for the second. We had a new member, Jess, and that was really nice!



    So, RSVP to me this time about coming on July 13!



    Hope many of you can come!

    Cuetang, thank you for the condolences. Husbands' uncle had been ill with cancer for some time and suddenly lost the battle so I needed to be there for the family...



    Glad you ladies had a good time and look forward to meeting and seeing everyone next time.
