AMERICAN IDOL...Season 12 & The Voice...Season 4

yea Candace..
-
What just happened?
-
Judges are not happy..........
-
my tivo cut out....looks like angie got cut
-
Cookie...i always add 5 minutes extra to my DVR
Angie went home....
and it was a kleenex moment.......
-
Sorry Candace fans the wrong person just went home... Angie should be in the finale with Kree!!!
-
And the judges can't tell Kree fans that she didn't get a good song, or a song without pain, or any of the other absurdities they have said. She is in the finale, were it not for Candice's third song it would have been Angie and Kree. Kree is going to be a country legend. The way the judges received the news showed a definite lack of professionalism, YEAH FOR KREE.
-
It's intersting, I think that Angie is more commercial, and a stronger performer, but I thought kree had a prettier voice.
HMMMMM.....I really thought it was gonna go the other way, but in someways this is a more even match.
Angie will be just fine, and probably make more money that the other two put together, she will have products and act and be a big hit with teens
-
wish i had not missed the judges reaction!
-
my last anecdote...I think there is something you feel in the room live with Candace.
When I went to the tour in 04, it was a poor sound system, and Jennifer Hudson didn't need it, she just sang the lights out, I have a feeling that's like candace live

Cookiegal this link is for you to see the end of tonight's show
Enjoy
-
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Thanks, Sheila! Cookiegal and I weren't the only ones to have missed it...that clip had ~50,000 views already.
Not at all surprised here. The custom of having them sing after they get the axe is a little saddistic. I am amazed by the ones who can get through it without choking up.
Having Candice and Angie would have been my least favorite combo for the Top Two. I think next week will be a real showdown.
-
I like Angie, but I think that Candice & Kree have been the 2 from the get-go! I truly don't care which one wins---I like them both!!
I agree with Cookie...seeing them live presents their talent much better than what we see on the screen!
-
I certainly agree about the final song. It isn't a little sadistic, it is sadistic. I think Angie is about 18 years old right? I can see a seasoned performer holding up but not a teenager.
I was shocked to see the Dial Idol results, they had Angie clearly at the bottom, by a large margin!
The truth for me, and it reflects how terrible I think the show has been this season, is that I have fast forwarded through both the live show and the results show.
I just heard on TV that one of the judges wants to quit right now. The judges would know better than any of us how corrupt the process has been this year.
Hoping for a resurrection of talent next year. I will try the Voice next time it begins. I am just so bummed by AI. It is sad, I really liked it alot.

I'm here sitting like Usher and watching
Shakira looks so pretty...and knows how to dress.....
-
Something wrong with the sound system or my TV is sick............
Not entertained with the first 3.....
-
Hi sheila, my sound is OK, is your's still sounding funny? It must be so hot in there.
-
Hi Karen....It's OK now
Sasha♥♥♥♥♥
-
She is the first one to move me, Josiah sings well but seems cocky about his looks, maybe I'm being too negative.
-
WOW, Danielle captured my heart, is there nothing she can't do well?
-
hahahaha karen
i was thinking the same thing he is too pretty to sing.......

-
sheila, cannot beleive it when we are on the same page about a singer! What to say about Judith, is it right to have a professional in an amateur contest, she was Michael Jackson's female singer, she can do no wrong.
-
Judith's version of my favorite song didn't move me
She is very good.....I guess they have no rules about back up singers
-
Michelle didn't move me this week, like she did last week.
-
Amber lost her mother at age 38.......so sad
-
That was a little close to home for me, she had me tearing up, she sure did her mama proud. I'd have to say Danielle and Amber. Off to vote and bed early, will be rested tomorrow night. Night sheila.
-
Night Karen
-
For this week. For me...
Tops: Sarah, Josiah (a canny song choice for him,) Danielle, Judith, Kris (but see below,) Amber(*); and Karina (even tho' elimintated and not performing, she still rocks from wherever she is now.)
Flops: Sasha (what an overwrought delivery, and if you must know I really disliked every song Shakira picked for her artists this week;) Michelle (not feeling her on this song choice either,) Garrett (Shakira again, and the key to that song has always been vocal harmonies;) and the rest who I was just not wowed by.
[Edit: (*) I confused her with Holly, who I actually liked more.]
-
I agree with the Shakira song choice comment-Sasha was not good! I thought Josiah & Danielle were good & it's been the only time I even kinda liked the Swon Brothers. Judith's too pro! Sarah was ok. Garrett shouldn't even be there & I think he'll go; too bad Shakira picked him instead of Karina...so I am channeling E--GREAT MINDS think a like!
