6 months after radiation,mammo shows a spot in same breast

It's been 6 months after radiation and I just had my first mammogram. They found something close to my chest wall in the same breast. I had a lumpectomy and radiation. I am going in for a biopsy tomorrow. I am very concerned.
Has anyone else experienced this? I've been told by some friends it could be scarring from radiation I'm not sure what to think.
Concerned and nervous!

Jeni - probably is scar tissue. Same thing happened to my sister in law. I know you are concerned and nervous - I would be too but scar tissue is not uncommon. My sister in law had radiation too by the way.
