    Is THAT what they were trying to do? I haven't watched the voice and only know it has swivel chairs. What were they thinking? or not!   

    I think one of the worst things a producer can do is try to manipulate the audience so blatantly that the audience knows it is happening. As soon as I felt it I began to withdraw from the show.  

    I really liked AI for many seasons and am disappointed.

    Ginger I agree whole heartedly... this season it has been no secret that the judges & producers have tried to manipulate the audience to vote for whom they want to win.  It clearly is NOT another country singer, nor was it another male vocalist.  It has really made me very sad and I too have withdrawn from the show. 

    Sheila as I told you I did record the go home show from last week (and of course I already knew no one went home).  I am finally watching it today.  I can't believe the harsh words they said to Kree for one of her songs, even Keith?!!! I am beyond angry... You can't tell me that they aren't gearing this show towards one of the other 3 winning.  Honestly I'm not sure why they haven't already sent Kree home long before now since it is so apparent they don't want a country winner.  What would be simply the best would be if all the country voters voted Kree to the win and proved them wrong!!

    apparently it has to be unamimous among the judges in order to use the save, and it wasn't unamimous with Janelle, so they couldn't use it.  It was nice that Amber and Candice each get an extra week on the show and a "2nd chance" at staying, but I think it actually gives them an unfair advantage now, because people may feel bad and start voting more for them.  I think Angie is the most current and marketable; she is not only a singer that can also play piano, she is also a songwriter, which can take her a long way. (and she can sing just  about any genre, including her beautiful Christian music).

    Hi all, I'm in heaven with all the nights of The Voice, some real talent on all the teams, can't wait to see Blake's picks.  Adam's Amy sang that song to death, going to be hard to beat.

    what a show....and the song choices i'm loving it....

    House on the rising sun was my favorite song....

    Judges are happy joking enjoying each other

    me either, I thought Monique did a beautiful job and with such passion.  Kareena (sp.), sounds like a thousand other singers.  Man, Blake has some talent on his team!!!!

    Unfortunate that Warren was up against Caroline, he was really god and has a lot of sex appeal too, Caroline was ungodly good.

    Man, Sasha just blew it out of the water, the people leaving are really good..  The Voice has it ALL OVER American Idol, both for the talent and innate goodness and kindness of their judges.  Night sheila, see you tomorrow and Wed. and Thurs.  Always a good time watching with you.

    The knockout rounds are intense.  Personally, Karina is one of my many favorites so I'm happy that she stayed, but the guy was quite good too.  So hard singing head to head like that, but I do think the judges did make the right calls.  Mostly.  I disagreeed with only one choice and that was on Team Adam, when he chose Caroline over Amy.  Amy failed in her softer delivery, but as she came into the full dynamic of her voice--wow--what a powerhouse, and right on pitch.  So she could use more training.  I like Caroline and I am a fan of the quirky voice but, to me, she sounds like a lot of indie stuff already out there.  With all the training in the world, I don't think she could approach the range Amy already has.  My two cents.

    AI ratings down 25% on Weds. 21% on Thurs.  IF it is lucky enough to return for another season, I think there will be another big format change, hopefully something we can wake up about.

    you know what...they killed the show that I used to love so much

    If they can't bring the original AI back...or do major changes it won't survive long

    sheila, can't do anything before coffee, it is totally out of the question.  My coffee mug holds aboout 2 1/2 cups!!!!  I am glad Kree is singing one country song, this is her week to burst out, I hope Janelle keeps in regular contact with her for moral support.  Not crazy about Angie's selections, we will see.

    Yay on 6, that's where I am too. Is tomorrow 2 hours too?  Went to the eye dr. 3 mos. ago, boy had my eyes changed, bifocals of course, sign of being an (said in a whisper) older American!

    One comment on song selections:  Candice is my girl, so I am very interested to see her do the Bruno Mars song, as their voices are nothing alike...and to do a modern song by a male vocalist is either stupid or genius at this point.

    sheila, got to disagree, I didn't think either one of them did well.  Josiah does nothing for me, if that was his bad boy look, he failed, she was flat most of the time, can't even remember her name, now that's a bad sign.

    sheila, agree totally, I don't think that Usher has that strong a team, this pairing is going to be tough to judge.

    What in the he** was he wearing as pants and the curled hair looked wierd x 2, he was better in rehersal, boring tonight, glad Holly won, but it was not a good song choice, she got lucky, he was no competition.
