My 50 also, one of my most favorite songs and she sang it with so much emotion, for me too, memories of long ago, good times.
-
Angie ♥
-
I don't feel the bouancy and lightness of spirit I feel after The Voice, Angie was good, but nobody swept me off my feet again tonight. I hope Kree isn't the one to go home, I think she and Candice will be in the bottom two, unbelieveable to even think that.
-
Can they still use the SAVE
-
Wasn't last week the last week for a save, I hope I'm wrong.
-
Good Night my friends
♥
-
Good night all, julz did you drift off again? See you all tomorrow for the nailbiter.
-
I think they have to stretch the show an extra week somehow.
Call me crazy, I like this season, and like NM.
BUT I kinda hated the whole first half of the show, nothing had a melody!
I liked Ambers voice on the disco song, and she is super glam.
I liked Kree, because I love that song.
I still think overall Candace/Kree have the most unique voices.
Kinda let down tonight.

Omg I fell asleep again!!!! LOL! I'm only 46 I hate to see me 10 years from now.....my face in my dinner plate snoozing away! Karen definitely less than 2 hours! Hehehe
-
Your comments on last night show have been hilarious. I missed the whole thing when a former BCO-er happened to be in my area and gave me a drive-by visit. Will have to see the performances online now.
-
Sorry jumping to VOICE on AI day
VOICE will air 3 nights next week
Monday & Tuesday 8-10 pm
Wednesday 8-9 pm
-
Oh I am a happy camper!!!!! Thanks for the good news sheila, we will have to miss 1 hrs. of AI --- boohoo
-
Karen you got your wish for one night!!!!
Sheila your good news is sweet music to my ears!
Elimar I think this years AI needs some comedic relief to get through it! But even that seems to be not enough for me as I snooze at the drop of a note lately! Hehehe -
O.K., I watched the clips...
Amber: They trashed her selection of a C.Dion song, but she sure could sing it so maybe she chose it not for a song she loved the best but as a song she felt she could sing the best. Didn't care for her other one.
Candice: Yes, I'm old. I really like how she puts a tinge of jazz into her arrangements and I liked both of her performances tonight. Also, how Keith was singing along to this Aussie hit.
Kree: Her better of the two was "It Jurt So Bad" but she didn't seem that into it, considering it was her choice. Really, really did not like her version of the Procol Harum song.
Angie: Well, I do love the "Cry Me A River" song, and Angie did a decent arrangement of it and sang it well too. Personally, I liked it more than her "at the piano" performance tonight, but that song was also decent. Seems like Angie is getting it in gear for the homestretch.
My choice: I LIKE CANDICE. Why? She is who I would most like to see live. Will she win? Who knows.
For anyone else who needs to catch up (and if you read the commentary, it is very similar to what you all have written on this thread...

It's so funny, the only thing I really want to hear again from last nigh is Amber on MacArthur Park.
She has gotten very glamourous and poised lately and somehow she was very believable to me as a disco queen, it kind of put her in a context I can relate to. The first one which everyone seemed to like left me cold. I feel like she has a good, but not totally distinctive voice, but man the camera LOVES her, and I could imagine her having a great video.
I think Candace actually missed a note on the first song, did not surprise me she had a cold. I think NM was right about her not doing too much jazz/cabaret, Simon hated that.
I have not given up on Kree.
I think they punt this week and send nobody home.
-
Then again, I just watched the two duets, and liked Kree and Amber's more.
-
Nice Picture of top 4......
-
I'm here keep me awake!
Sheila it is a nice one!
Ohhhh a surprise! -
I heard Ryan saying serious drama????
-
I love the beginning....the kids singing!!!!
-
Nice opening.....
Juuuuuuuuuulz...are you with us??????????
-
The sound system sucked on the 4 girls! Sorry about that but my DH is a DJ & I know that was bad! I understand they want them all to have equal loudness but somehow the chorus seemed to be almost as loud as the 4!
-
Hi sheila, hi julz, will check your awake state periodically. Mariah needs more dress, she's spilling over.
-
I'm here maybe you should have some tooth pics handy to help keep my eyes open!
-
Karen I haven't looked at them yet!
Let me make that clearer.....the judges outfits!!!! Hahaha!
Ps.... I wrote that & realized how it sounded but it was too funny to rewrite it! Now I need to take a gander at em!!!!! -
Hi Karen
