new research regarding TAXOL- not neccsery for all of us

This is a 2007 study, and I don't know if it has been updated or validated. But it does give one pause ... we need to really think about some of this stuff before we just join the herd and go with the flow. Ask questions before starting any treatment!

Will it work for me? How likely is it to work FOR ME? (Not just the statistics where it helps 60 out of 100 women, but looking at your own individual situation, is it likely to work?). How do you know it will/may work for me?

There are tons of studies coming out every month in many medical journals, so it is sometimes difficult for the MOs to keep up with all of it. If we ask the right questions, they will do the research to answer them (or at least they SHOULD do the research to answer them) and we may actually help them learn something in the process!
