root canals?

I was just diagnosed with multi-focal invasive ductal carcinoma, undifferentiated. Of course, I have started reading and researching, and have come up with some information linking breast cancer to having had root canals in the past. Does anyone know about this? Has anyone had their dental health looked at or any dental remediation done?
