Breast cancer and link to diabetes .

It's ironic that this has come up on this as i have just been dx with diabetes and was told that i am not the first one he has come across that this has happened to., i went to endocrine clinic for thyroid  actually. but they been concerned about me being diabetic as i was pre-diabetic in Jan and now what they call me technically diabetic. so am going on metformin and doing alot of tests.  so yes there must be link and i have heard it before as well from another source, they have a relation   it happened to.
