I sinned all day.......inhaled half box of chocolate which my friend upstairs gave it to me because they couldn't stop eating...OMG 15 pcs of chocolate was inhaled in less than 2 minutes...It was heavenly....
Hi Diane.....
Hi Linda......

Chocolates with caramel or nuts or both? I'm craving.
Hugs TOL

I just washed sinkful of dishes.....You would think i had company
Diane are you back?
-
Shiela that is fine, you deserve it every now and then....
-
We all deserve it now and then but Sheila and many others of you have the discipline to keep it now and then - I don't. Yes, I am home now. Lonely as hell for her but she does face time with me now when my son feels like she has walked around looking for and calling my name long enough.....:) She has the best smile for Mimi and Papa.
-
Thank you so much for your congrats. Baby's name is Ayla (I-la) Patch was a disaster yesterday, thank goodness today was better. Ayla is having meltdown tonight. DH and I are tired. We've been trying to help out, but it is trying.
-
Meece......love the name.......very unusual......but then again, my youngest's name is "Nicasia".........so you can see .......I do like different.....
-
My friend's newborn GD is also Ayla - lovely name
-

Glad you are having fun Sandy!
Beautiful name for a beautiful baby, Meece.
Hope you are holding Shelby again soon.
Thats a pretty name too, Ducky, how do you pronounce it?
-
Meece...The name Ayla is a Turkish name and it sounds so beautiful........
Diane.....Shelby loves her mimi very much.....and she looks exactly like your son.....
I don't make comments on FB....she also has your futures......
Sandy...Thanks for forgiving me for my sins.....I hope you're feeling better today
Linda.....It's chilly and sunny here.......
Ducky.....I love the name Nicasia......
(((TOL)))
Maybe I should walk to clear my head...it's very full today and bursting...

Speaking of names - I need to enter people's names - beginning of last and first- to call up their prescriptions...if there is a wrong letter for me to choose in my guess at the spelling - I choose it. Then I have to try a couple different variations - and then sometimes I have to just ask. Then they look at me like I'm an idiot for not knowing how to spell their name - especially if it isn't what I would consider the most common spelling. It's especially frustrating/funny when people with very thick accents say their names very fast and I have no idea what they are saying and can't even guess and then ask them to spell it - they really look at me like I'm an idiot. The people (who I think might be from India-I don't like to make assumptions) just hand me their licenses so I can use that to enter their names - they know most of us have no idea how to pronounce or spell their names- that makes it so easy - I'm grateful for that.
And then there are the people who ask for multiple people's scripts and give me the names and dates of birth before I can even enter one name and expect my old brain to retain all that info to enter it all in. Then there is the guy who I ask to verify his street address and he gives me his date of birth. I ask again for street address and he annoyedly gives me his DOB again. Duh. I am not cut out for retail. lol
I hope you're not missing your baby too much, Diane.
I hope your babies are having a better day today, Meece.
I hope your boys are behaving themselves, Linda and Sandy.
How was the wedding, Ducky?
Have you been out for a walk today, Sheila?
Hope everyone is having a good day. ((((((TOL))))))
-
Chris you will get used to it....trust me as much time as I spend at CVS they know me by name and the twins names.
So happy to see you all are ok....conference was awesome.....tiring but interesting...
-
Sandy...I saw that chocolate cake on FB.......
Chris...I walked but short distance....
-
I walked and walked and walked, dreaming of Sandys chocolate cake ad sandwich!
-
IT's illegal to post chocolate cake pictures......
i saw the sandwich too....
I need to make a big mug of tea to fill the tummy........
It's making funny noises........I can't take this s*** anymore.....
I'm OK to be the end of the overweight chart....but Don't like to see my BMI showing OBESE
Sorry.....

Sheila, Diane, I was in Turks & Caicos for 4.5 days with 2 DDs, 1 SIL, and 4 grandkids...It was amazing...had the best relaxing stress-free time...(Sheila, is that where you were? Did you see JoJo?)
WHY is it so cold here???
I do not like to post about travel plans until I'm back...too public. I didn't even get home when DH brought me up to date on the stressful stuff.
My yard is still a dirt pile....DH couldn't seed the lawn because of all the rain...trees coming Tuesday so that's a start. (LOL cut down 10 big trees; plant 20 little trees)
While I was away, I felt overwhelmingly emotional and grateful for my health, knowing that we just never know what next year will bring... We were staying right next to the place where DD#2 got married on the beach 10 years ago....(she's is divorced) so I had to walk over there and relive it in my mind...how happy we all were...how beautiful she looked...and then I had to let it go and move on to the present.
Meece, it IS a lot of work to help out with the grands...especially with a new one...so many adjustments for mom, baby, and big brother...I am sure they are happy to have your help.
Diane, hope you get back there soon to see Shelby...and face time is great!
Chris, it's up to the customer to make sure you have the right information...just ask them to spell it, write it, or show ID...I've been going to the same CVS for years and they always ask me the same stuff. You'll get better at it...just hang in there!
Ducky, did I miss the wedding pix or are we still waiting?
Am watching last week's Idol show and now have to watch results...but...I have to get up in 5 hours and then work until 8 PM. Oops....what' wrong with this picture?
Sandy, glad you enjoyed the conference. Hope you are feeling OK.
Linda, keep walking... -
Glad you had a nice time, Joan. You sound like you keep similar hours to mine. And I wonder why I am a zombie... but part of the problem is not being able to sleep when I want/need to - that part I can't help.
Got up dizzy today - sinuses acting up (more than usual) I guess. I hope I don't fall over at work today. stupid sinuses.
lol - illegal to post pix of chocolate cake - hope everyone gets outside to exercise today.
How're you feeling, Sandy?
(((((((TOL))))))))
-
Joan........no, wedding and flight went off without a hitch.......scared to death on the flight......but made it........wedding was a fairy-tale come true, and I have never seen such love before.......she was gorgeous......he was handsome, and in awe of her........my grandson is an amazingly wonderful man, like his Dad........my son-in-law is one of a kind......my daughter is so fortunate to have him.....
So Chicago was great......fantastic food.....nice people...just a great time...... -
Hey ladies.....

Chris, thanks feeling tired, but invited to a little place for dinner with friends tonight, love that, just means I have to get a shower, lol.....
thanks the conference was awesome....the cake was awesome, didn't eat it all and only ate 1/2 of the turkey club, can I tell you it was 8.50 but well worth it....love "real" turkey, will make one soon where I can make my own turkey club which btw way can eat 24/7....
moved chemo to thursday cause they are having a "phillies" party and I wanted to attend, with food and fun, which I don't get to have much....so wednesday will be an extra good day for me...also adding zometa as I said again, bones need strengthing and have been off since 6 months since before I was in the hospital the first time...
have a wonderful day.....the text I sent to people on my phone said HAPPY MONDAY....HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY, SMILE YOU ARE LOVED.....this is to all of you.....smile you are loved...

-
So sorry this had to happen. Are they speculating domestic or foreign terrorists?
-
They don't know yet. They are still trying to evacuate everyone. Had to disable cell service because they are afraid cell phones could detinate (sp??) another bomb. People are frantically looking for their friends and family. It's so sad!
-
I just put the TV on.....What happened? Thinking 9/11 all over again
-
I saw Boston.....First thing came in my mind was Linda and Deb........
-
-
Bombing at the Marathon. About 100 people hospitalized, 2 or 3 dead. Many had limbs blown off.
-
Linda...sorry if it was a stupid question......

-
