    HI beautiful belles xx
not been able to post intil evening as dg got up with me this morning  Frown  Had early rads 9.10 am which was great all done my 9.30 trotting back to reception saw a sign for free hand and foot massage, Edi pops in and utter bliss ensued. Lovely lady slathered cream on hands and up to elbows, gentle massage then towels off excess. Same with feet.
In the meantime we laughed our socks off because as you know Edi cant be well behaved.
Seems I can have this every day !! so that is the next 9 days of pampering sorted.
Went to supermarket for some goodies as my dear friend who is three years out was coming for lunch.
Gorgeous, and I mean gorgeous gas fitter arrived and spent all day fitting new fire, plus realigning fire surround. His sister has BC and therefore I got a kiss and cuddle before he left Laughing going to friend her on f/b and she is going to visit me on her next visit to merseyside as she lives in London.
DH hovered over gas man like a black cloud I so wanted to kick his legs from under him !!! gasman very patient and is meeting DH for a pint at the weekend.
Friends visit was pure joy. We compared scars and talked about our journey. Really interesting comparing stories.
Sun is shining but wind would freeze meatballs of a moose.
Seems we are due a heatwave June will not dig out t.shirts just yet.
Traii posted pics on f/b and looks as if great fun being had especially by DS he is a beautiful boy.

Liefie, you do sound much chirppier, glad u like the words saw it on f/b and had to copy and paste.
I am not too bad at spelling but hated math with a vengeance. Still do.
Passport for DS a pain in the butt, you are a lovely Mom Edi would just leave him at home lol
As for paperwork I hate it, when I had my shop I would do  the paperwork once a year mad scatter doing it for accountant, instead of doing it weekly and saving myself sleepless nights.
Hope you keep feeling better and better. xx

Caitlin, Rads are WONDERFUL, 9 more for me !!.
You too with paperwork think you ladies are sooo organised,
    Keep well dear friend xx

Jennie, 3 down 2 to go, well done soon be there.
Hamster very apt, or groundhog day.xx

Dakota, brave girl Friday will be thinking of you ALL day. At least you will get some rest and looking after plus new boobs xx

Nihahi, so wish you didn't have all this other sxxt to put up with Yell Hope shoulder is settled.
Next week is your turn, feet up and let them all get on with it !! play the ill card for all it is worth. twcbn will be no more !! you too will be in my thoughts ALL day Friday.xx

All sisters health peace and love xx

    Laters Edi.

Nihahi and Dakota, you girls will positively enjoy the post-op rest/sleep when you are forced to be in bed, and relax - LOL. You have both been so busy! Nihahi, glad your DD is settled, although there is still stuff to sort. A lot has been accomplished so far, and kudos to you for biting your tongue - I can soooooo relate to that! Dakota, those sports teams will have to do without you for a while . . . you are playing your own important game on Friday.

Edi, that last picture is really cute, and sends a powerful message indeed. Free hand and foot massage? What a bargain! Yes, I'm feeling better. Life has its ups and downs, and I have not had a down in a very long time, so it was due. Will be coming to London in November, but will unfortunately only be at the airport on our way to South Africa for DS's wedding, otherwise we could have organized a visit. Used all our long-accumulated airmiles for the tickets, so need to pay only the airport tax - yay. We've been talking for a long time about renting a car, and just driving through the English countryside, and discovering it for ourselves. It is so beautiful with such rich history everywhere, and such quaint towns, pubs and B&B's. Maybe one day . . . then I will certainly come for tea with you, that's a promise!

Everybody else, hope you are having a good, pain free and SE free day. Caitlin and Carla, you are getting there with the chemo. There's light at the end of the tunnel!

    Evening favorite Ladies!

Edi-I am so tired I thought one of your posts said :"Hi Beautiful Bellies"!  Wow!  I am going to he** in a handbasket, aren't I?????

Loved your picture posts-so true, and so sweet!  Those two little critters are so cute! (As long as they are out of doors!)

Nihahi and Dakota-you are BOTH really on my mind....surgeries coming up this Friday.....thinking lots of happy thoughts for uneventful surgeries and swift recoveries......Nihahi, since you are doing a DIEP-my final advice to you is to NOT even think about it (easier said than done, I know) just block it out as soon as you can......skip over the surgery and picture yourself in your hospital room post-surgery......recovering nicely.  It sure helped me to play the "ostrich with her head in the sand" just before surgery....I just went into autopilot mode, and refused to go there AT ALL-I still had one final melt down in the shower the night before, but I got over it by saying bon voyage to my "girls" and "thanks for the memories" (I am NOT crazy! ;P) I have a feeling you will sail through this!    Dakota, I wish you to have a successful surgery as well, but as I only have experience with DIEP, I will just say the same-focus on YOU recovering-not on the surgery!  You're such a strong woman you will be back posting before we know it!  PLEASE, both of you-POST here as soon as you are able-I know we will all be on pins and needles until we have heard from you!

Traii-so glad you had a lovely time......bring back any little "surprises"?  Glad DS got to enjoy himself-Edi says your FB posts  and pics were lovely.

Liefie, Websister, Caitlin, Carla, and all-Love you all!

Namaste and God Bless - Jackie (who probably needs glasses!)

Hi ladies, busy day, not much time to post. Trying to carve out walking corridors in our place now, with all my daughters stuff here. We look like hoarders....I'm trying to just close my eyes to it. Escaped on my own for a few hours, which was wonderful then came home and napped for about 2 hours....so completely out of my norm! Tomorrow the water will be shut off for the whole building from 9 to 4, which means being homeless, together, yikes!!!!!! I'm going to drop her off around noon as she has an appointment, which will give me a few hours of peace. Going to try to connect with a friend during that time, or I might just find a log to crawl under for awhile!!!

Tonight hubby insisted we do the tax returns, fun, fun...but at least that's done.

Liefie....you're sounding much better. Good to hear!

I don't do facebook, but sounds like Traii has posted some great photos, to prove she is having an awesome holiday. She deserves it for sure!!

Edi....super news about the massages....get every one you can!!! Did you ever find a yoga for survivors class? Glad to hear you had a lovely get together with friend too.

Websister,Movie....thanks for the thoughts...I'll need all the courage I can find, I'm thinking. My plans to have a stressless pre-surgery have certainly been hijacked....I may just stay asleep post anesthesia as long as I can!!!

    ((((x)))) to all.

Nihahi - well, it's a strategy but the nurses may have other ideas ;) Glad you got the nap in, life sure likes to throw curves at us, doesn't it?

Movie - I like the 'beautiful bellies'

Edi - thanks for the pictures and quotes, they do inspire

I am really being hit with fatigue of late, surprises me since it is going on four weeks since end of rads and Herceptin was two weeks ago. I am doing as the nurse practitioner advised - plan, pace, prioritize - and getting some things accomplished. I am going for lunch with a friend today so I am planning around it

Wishing all of you a good day! Take care

    Hello Belles...

Popping in to say hello to all....feeling very tired right now, as I "hiked" 2.15 miles @ 1400 ft. elevation gain in 45 minutes on the treadmill at my gym-even though I am pooped out-I felt so good doing it....

Liefie, I am like you, I can work like a dog at the gym, and see absolutely NO difference-and I eat healthy, too!  It can be VERY frustrating to deal with.  Seriously considering going Vegetarian when all my surgeries are finished.....I am sorry I did not connect that you were going to be a future DIEPer.....I am clueless!  With my DIEP surgery, I got a flat stomach, but someone asked me if the surgery had caused me to lose weight.....maybe a few ounces if you count my real boobs out!  Seriously?  WHO asks that???

Nihahi-i think the busier you are the faster this time will fly.....is there any way to be super busy and still have no stress? THAt would be the best, but I have no idea how to achieve it.Listen to your relaxation cds.....keep busy, and think "calming thoughts".  That's all I've got-but I know you will sail through!  (((Hugs)))

Dakota, you will probably be doing day surgery, or does the exchange require an overnight stay?  I hope you have tons of people to help you afterwards!  (((Hugs))) to you too! By the way, LOVE that you went to work without your wig-good on you!  Were I in your shoes, I would be tempted to do the same thing!  It must have felt rather liberating!

Websister-sorry to hear about your fatigue....it puts such a damper on everything!  I hope you turn the corner soon...spring is in the air ( I think!)

Edi-hope all is well with you-missed your happy post this am.....they have not carted you off for offing DH for bothering Wrinkly Butt or GasMan, have they?  Miss your happy spirit when no post.....Frown

Caitlin, Carla, Scottiee and all.....hope everyone is doing okay!?! (Some days it is all I can do to put one foot in front of the other one, and do one step at a time..........)

Namaste and God Bless - Jackie

Movie, and here I was hoping to lose some pounds when that belly fat is removed - lol! I think one is so swollen everywhere for the first few weeks that you weigh probably more . . . sigh. Good for you on working so hard in the gym. We may not lose weight, but we are taking care of our health. This morning I was on the elliptical trainer, treadmill and bicycle for 50 minutes. The sun is poking through here now, and the dog is looking at me with that hangdog expression, so will take him for a short walk too. Cannot let him loose on his own, because he chases cars. He is a darling, but we cannot get that car chasing thing out of him. So he always has to be taken out on the leash . . . but it keeps us moving.

Dakota, YAYY! Another milestone reached! Doesn't it feel good to go 'topless'? And just in time before you get surgery too, and don't want to struggle with scarves and wigs.

Nihahi, how are you doing without water there? Drinking wine, I suppose? Wish our tax returns were done already - ughh!

Websister, I sincerely hope that the fatique will start to lift. You girls on Herceptin have a more uphill battle to get back your strength and energy, because every three weeks you are knocked again. At least the fatique from rads should start to go away, so hopefully things will get better soon for you. It is not nice to feel so weak and tired all the time.

Edi, come in - we all miss you! Does this absence have anything to do with the gorgeous gasfitter?

Hello Belles!  (Movie, I read Bellies at first too - must be time to change the contacts!).

Edi, sounds like you had a another great day yesterday, what with a hand/foot massage and a gorgeous gas fitter! Your house must be a bee-hive of activity, almost every day!  Anyway, anxiously awaiting the next instalment of your adventures.

Movie and Liefie, I'm impressed with your gym workouts!  I haven't been since pre-surgery in January, and now I feel so weak sometimes I can barely walk from one end of the house to the other (Taxol is having interesting effect on legs - felt like my knees were buckling last night)  Also experiencing more fatigue on Taxol, so I can empathize Websister.  Although I manage to get through the work day (while sitting in a recliner with my laptop most days), I have no juice left to do much at all in the evenings - can tell DH is becoming frustrated by this.

Nihahi and Dakota, will be thinking of you both on Friday and in these last few days leading up to your surgeries too.  I hope that all goes smoothly and that your respective recoveries will be relatively pain free.  Dakota, I'm also impresssed that you went "topless" to work - and great that you got compliments!  I go topless around the house, but have worn the wig for most public appearances (mind you, there have been mighty few of those, since I'm working from home), except for one trip to pharmacy/grocery store last weekend with DH when I wore a baseball cap.

Traii, looking forward to hearing more about Phillip Island, and hopefully seeing photos!

    Carla, hope you're doing well!

Caitlin, that fatique may hang on for a while. Don't feel you should be working out or exercising hard already. You're doing well with managing to get your work done. My chemo finished on May 7 last year. I was not capable of doing much exercise except for a slow walk around the block until the beginning of September. Taxotere had wiped me out completely. I had shortness of breath, rubber legs and stiff leg muscles for months after chemo ended. Started with 20 minutes strength training with 3 lb weights three times a week, and two yoga classes. Later added more strength training and more cardio until I can now do a proper workout again. Weights go up very slowly - 5 lbs now - to prevent lymphedema which can be caused by too heavy weights too soon. As for losing steam in the evenings, I definitely go to bed earlier now than before bc. Don't know if that is ever going to change. Be good to yourself. Once chemo is over, you will be able to exercise again.

    hello dippy dollies Laughing
loving life and loving you ALL.
Sorry didn't post yesterday, it was a day and a half !! Only slept until 3.30 night before Cry got up and pottered had little sleep 5-6 then tidied kitchen cupboard DH moaning about. He gets up and I get ready for early rads. He wanted to come along ( no way ) told him to stay at home as wrinkly butt was due sometime and gas fire is also a no no Frown gorgeous gas man did a wonderful job but the fire is sooo hard to turn up and down.Tiny silly push type buttons, even gas man couldnt figure it out. Edi has lovely rads, comes home and after listening to sould destroying moaning off DH went to bed. Slept for two glorious hours Smile. Awoke to sound of voices downstairs, gas man had been and gone, sob sob along with manager of fire shop. He agreed fire not fit for use and is going to get us a new one. Wrinkly butt and mate unwrapping new shower front so Edi goes next door but one for tea and cake yum. Four hours later oops rolls home and DH has face like jar of worms again. Shower front lovely and only flooring to go down today. He just finds fault with everything !! Made dinner then went to Bingo. Won line and full house  £ 30.00. Lovely end to a lovely day.

Movie, beautiful bellies !! was pxxxxxg myself laughing, you too Caitlin eye tests needed lol.
You saying goodbye to your girls in the shower was so poignant, gosh we are all going through such heart breaking experiences, you Diep ladies even more so.
    Treadmill !! you are amazing.
    Keep well xx

Liefie, When you get to this green and pleasant land we will find each other and have tea and cake.Smile Hope dog taking you for a walk was ok. lol xx

Nihahi, You take a deep breath and chill today, love the making pathways through DD stuff, thought it was going into storage place ? If like my girls rest is probably clothes, shoes and other assorted cxxp.
You are the important one today.
No water !!!! defo out and visit friends.
Havent checked Yoga yet, chemo brain will do today or tomorrow
Pockets tomorrow will be overflowing with sisters xx

Websister, hope fatigue easing some, I was told at least three months after rads before normality  Cry  does it all never end ??
You rest when you can I do now and sod the lot of them ! I am trying to, DH  ain't paralysed and can fend for himself. xx

Dakota, Gasman a hunk and also has the sweetest nature, he has wife and two lovely lads so no good for you, will ask if he has a brother lol.
Topless yay so tempted myself as hair about an inch and half long but much too cold here still.
In your pockets tomorrow  (((HUG))) xx

Caitlin, don't fret on the weakness thing we have to go with the flow, hope it improves soon. That tax is one nasty chemo but as long as it zaps the BC Bxxxh it will be worth it.
Sometimes wonder why DH's get frustrated ? We are ILL for heavens sake it isn't a head cold or piles, we are fighting for our lives here and sometimes feel like screaming that at my DH. Hate to think how they would cope, Think the sick wife bit has worn off here.I blame their flippin Mothers for making them too dependant on us lol. Big (((HUG))) xx

Traii, hope you back and settled, can't wait to hear how many penguins DH kidnapped lol xx

All you sisters, love hugs and healing flying to you.

    Will check you later.

    NAMASTE.

Edi - good to hear from you. Congrats on Bingo win! Hope your heating problems will be over with the new one but then dreamy gas man won't be visiting any longer ;). Too bad he isn't available for Dakota, wonderful idea re: brother. Love that you are getting hand and foot massages with daily rads - how wonderful!

Movie - wondering what exercise you are tackling today? Very inspiring!

Nihahi - thinking blinders might help as you navigate through the boxes ;). Thinking of you today and in your pockets with all these lovely ladies tomorrow.

Dakota - the magic of pockets is that we can still all be in your pockets also - and we will be! Sounds like a full day ahead of you - no time to be thinking too much, that's for sure. Take good care (())

    Hi Ladies,

    First off...

Liefie- thank you for the hug I really needed itSmile.

Movie - I love Balboa Park and the Old Globe theater, if you are ever here again please let me know!!

Went yesterday for my post chemo appt and my white count was in the tank..  On antibiotics again second month in a row.  Red count bad too.  She said after my last Chemo (April 25th) if my red count is at an 8 (it's a 9 now) then transfusion for me..  She said it is very common and I will feel great after. I did start taking iron so I hope it helps. No wonder I have no energy and I am a high energy person so it's been hard.

Traii- I loved the pictures on FB, so glad you had a great time.

Caitlin- Hope you are doing better..

Dakota, Nihahi, I will be thinking about both of you tomorrow.. I am very envious because I am still undecided about reconstruction.  I think I am leaning closer to it than not..  Just more surgeries.

Edi, Websister, Luvmy, Bearcub, Jennie, Scottiee, love you all!!

    Everyone have a great day!!

Carla, hope those counts go up soon! I see lots of chicken liver pate and spinach in your near future - together with iron pills that's what my family fed me when my red cell count and hemoglobin were low. It helped a lot. To get white count up, eat oysters - smoked oysters in cans are good. They contain lots of zinc, which boosts the white cells.

Edi, thanks for your cheery post - hilarious as always. Congrats on the bingo win! Twelve years ago I had my house painted inside. It was such fun, because the painter was such a looker that my friends would come for tea every morning just to see the young blonde Adonis . . . poor guy was oblivious, such a nice man, and a good painter too - LOL. Looking forward to tea and cake with you one day!

Dakota, Nihahi, thinking of you two. In 24 hours it will all be over!

Traii, looking forward to hear about your holiday!

Went to yoga class this morning. Afterwards the trainer took me for a fast 30 min. walk outside. She is six feet tall with very long legs, so I almost had to run to keep up with her, but would not let on - too proud - lol. Then back into the gym for an abs and butt workout. I've done my fair share for the day. Tomorrow we have to get up very early in order for DH to be at a conference in Vancouver by 8.30 am. Getting from this island to the mainland is the only negative thing about living here, because it's always the early start which I hate. Will wander around downtown Vancouver, and see if I can find a hairdresser who can tame my tresses. The cute pixie is long gone, and serious maintenance is necessary. Maybe will go for a pedicure as well. At the moment I'm avoiding walking on the loose rugs in my house, as I'm picking them up with my heels . . . lol. Conference goes on till Saturday afternoon, so will be staying over. Hoping for sunshine in Vancouver. It's a beautiful city.

Everybody else, good wishes to you all, and keep on keeping on.

I am so grateful for all the thoughts and good wishes. It has such meaning and strength, coming from you all.

I went for my last (for awhile) really long walk this morning. Before it started to snow (yes.....snow) I looked up and realized there was a bald eagle circling overhead. This brought tears to my eyes, as eagles seem to touch me in a very special way. I wanted to share a photo I took last summer with you all.

Catch up with you all "on the other side".....alien will be history!!!!!!!!

Hi lovelies-popping in for a few minutes only-came home from gym (same basic thing this week Websister, about 40-45 min. on the treadmill, varying the elevation.....I walked a little slower today-but ramped up the incline.....did about 1.75 miles/1400 ft. elevation gain.....I was too tired to do more than that.  worked up a good sweat, so I guess it's alright.) and .....

Came home to a s**tstorm of family drama-trying to unravel and solve it-would prefer to just go to Hawaii and leave it to someone else! :-(

Nihahi and Dakota.....here's to happy outcomes!  Will keep you in my thoughts and heart.....post as soon as you are able! Re: Nihahi's eagle pic-Beautiful!

Carla-I hope you get feeling better soon!  Listen to Liefie-she's the best when it comes to food! Not sure when we'll be back, DD#1 usually stays in LA for work.....but, she loves the stage, and you never know!

Liefie, I love Vancouver!  DD#1 has worked up there in the past, and we visited her there (and then continued on up the coast to Whistler)...it's a vibrant city-you can feel the energy when you're out and about.  Have fun!

Websister-hope the crockpot dinner was(is) good!  I love using mine. I posted my daily exercise up top for you.  :-)  I am very tired today, and happy that tomorrow is the last day of the workout week for me!  Have two days to recuperate!

Traii-it sounds like I need to friend you on FB to get a peek at the pics of the penguins.....   :-)

    Edi...........where are you??????  Missing you!

I hope everyone has a relaxing evening....I've got to get back to solving the drama....blech!!

    Hi gorgeous sisters,

Sounds like everyone has been really busy......

Firstly, Dakota and Nihahi, I'm thinking of you. Dakota you are probably done and resting and Nihahi would be at the hospital prepping up for her alien exchange .....

My little family holiday was great. It was nice and relaxing. We made chocolate (and ate it)!! at the chocolate factory, saw the fury penquins come out and walk around...they were so cute, DS didn't know where to look, DH had to stop him from crossing the barriers to try and catch one to pat.....wow what a scene DS caused....lol he did manage to go out with a fury penquin from the souvenior shop that he happily waited while mummy paid for it!!! We saw Koalas sleeping , fed the Kangaroos, patted Lizards, saw Eagles (in a cage not like Nihahi's pic out in the wild) !! and even managed to talk to a cockatoo....(I was talking to the bird and all of a sudden it turned and got angry at me.) DH was laughing because I literally almost s#*t myself thinking this cocktoo was going to take off with my wig.....lol...what a scene !! Well I have a full head of hair, but still could you imagine that would have been a Kodak moment forsure! We played in the sand, DH trying to catch me to throw sand on me ( well he managed to get me as I fell on my butt....yes on my butt whilst DH not so DH laughed yet again at my expense...(well it was very funny, DS laughed uncontrollably but didn't help mummy up , too busy throwing sand ) we had a great time flying DS's new kite too. It was great to get out and about, enjoy the fresh air and laugh and play.

I don't know how to post pics but have some really nice ones up close of Kangaroos and Koalas but no fury penquins. We were not allowed to take pics at all.....no flashes allowed and it was too dark. I took my phone out to take a pic...I did get a few but they are too too dark as there was not enough lighting, just as I put my phone away I was tapped on the shoulder by a security guard and got told off .... see girls I got introuble for my sisters...lol...DH said naughty naughty...lol.

Yeh Edi, you won at bingo...you go girl :) So glad you are feeling well and with enough energy through out Rads and chemo. How many more now ??

Websister, now how did you know I would have loved to have stayed longer at Phillip Island!! hope you had a great time out with your friend for lunch and you are taking it easy and resting when body tells you too.....I remember those rads days, it knocked me out more than the chemo itself...always fatigued and lasted a few months post rads...hang in there, you are doing so well :) How's mom?

Liefie, hope you are feeling much better and looking forward to November when you will be at your DD's wedding..how exciting, always good when there is something to look forward to :) Hope you are having sunshine in Vancouver and managed a pedi and relaxation time. How exciting, your pixie is no longer a pixie, I have the pixie, its just started going over my ears....my hair is so dark again ( can't wait til I can put blonde through it again!! ) Did you get your hair cut yet ??

You made me laugh with your trainer being 6 ft tall and you having to run to just 'walk' with her....I was like that with my manager at work...here was this 6 ft women walking with me a 5ft migit...lol and I would be running to keep up with her, she would talk fast and walk fast so sometimes words that would want to come out of my mouth would get jumbled up just trying to get a word in ( ha, who would have figured that would happen to me) lol.  Enjoy your sleepover :)

Caitlin, I'm like you, I go wigless at home ( now that I have hair) but still in the big world I'm wearing my wig. Yesterday I had to pop out to quickly get some things from the shops.....so it was cold, changed into my leggings, boots, top and puffy black new vest I bought (zip one) then got DS into the car....DH sitting inside sees me running back inside and said whats wrong with you....I laugh out .... whoops, I forgot my hair.....lol ( I only noticed because whilst everywhere else was warm on me, my head was cold...lol) even DS had a laugh when mummy explained to him what happened!!!

Movie, hope you are doing well and resting after your gym workout...you ladies make me feel like a blimp......lol....guess I run after a 3 year old, does that count for a work out....lol

Scottiee, luvmy , bearcub, jennie. Carlads, hope everyone is doing well and so sorry if I've missed any one or any questions directed to me...there was a lot of reading.

Benny, hope you are ok hun. Remember you are the one that brought our little family here together, if it wasn't for you we would be scattered all around the place........hope you are having a better time with the rads and getting through them like a breeze and enjoying time with your plush toy.....

Take care everyone, figure its almost 1:30am so best I try getting some sleep xoxo luv you girls xoxox

Dakota, you sound good! So glad it's over for you, and you like the new girls already. You rest and sleep now, okay?

Traii, it would really have been very funny if that bird took off with your wig - just thinking of it makes me giggle! Seems you had a great time - always good to get away and recharge those batteries, and time spent with our families is so precious. Unfortunately no sun in Vancouver - cold and raining all the way. Had my hair cut by one Antonio this morning, a young, good-looking Italian. Just walked into a salon, asked if they could help me, and there he was, coming to my rescue. Did a good job too, and my pixie is a pixie again. In an hour I'm having a pedicure. Have been walking around, but feel really tired, so came back inside to relax a little. Must be the early hour that I had to get up this morning that is now taking its toll.

Caitlin, enjoy your weekend. You sound really well - happy to hear it!

Hi my Belles (or Bellies if you are like me and can't see!)

Dakota! So glad you checked in! Glad the surgery went well, and more importantly, that you are a happy girl! Hope your weekend is quiet and peaceful so you can rest up!

Traii- so happy to hear from you about your vacation-it sounds wonderful.....silly old security guard......a stuffed shirt and a party pooper for sure! Loved, loved, LOVED your story about leaving the house without your wig! Too funny! (But I bet that you would look adorable "au natural") you are not a "blimp"-you spend your life chasing after a very busy 3 year old boy! Just thinking about chasing after MY 3year old grandson makes me TIRED!

Caitlin, glad you are feeling better......just in time for the weekend! :-) I hope you have good weather so you can enjoy spring!

Websister-Crockpot Chili........yum! Could you send some my way for the weekend? I finished up my weekly workout with a 1.75 miles/1600 ft./45 minute "hike".....I could use a donated dinner......I am pooped!

Liefie-how is Vancouver treating you? Do you have good weather so you can get out and walk? Mani/pedi.......sounds wonderful! I could seriously go for a massage about now (to counteract family drama).......afraid to do it for fear the new "girls" won't appreciate it!

Edi!!!!!!!! Missing you lots! Hope all is okay...... Your posts are like a ray of sunshine.....come out from behind the clouds, will you?

Nihahi.......by now you should be done, or almost so.....been thinking about you all day, and sending you all kinds of good, healing thoughts, as well as a gentle (((hug)))....let us know how you are as soon as you are able.........now you are on the "other side"......

Am a little tired today...a combination of things I am sure, but hopefully a small nap will set things to rights, so off I go!

Hope all is well with everyone else!

Namaste and God Bless - Jackie
