pain lower right abdomen?

hi -- was diagnosed in early december with dcis -- took three surgeries to clear margins, then was sent to radiation.  have completed 25 full beam, now am into boosts, only have three more.  i'm concerned about pain in lower right abdomen, have made appt. with gyno for ultrasound, but can't get in for two weeks.  is this anything to be concerned about?  it's fairly constant, mostly dull, sometimes a bit more than dull.  have experienced diarrhea, don't know if this is related, or possible effect of radiation?  help!  thank you!
