Bi-lateral/contralateral BC a few months later?

I had 9cm+ ILC, had UMX in Sept 2012 with one positive node. On MRI my right breast was fine. I had TCx4, finished that in Jan, and just finished 33 rads. Also in forced menopause AKA zoladex.

So now I am feeling an area of concern in the right breast. The onc can't feel anything but I am having an MRI to be sure. But is it possible? Either a new cancer, or sneaky ILC not seen on MRI eight months ago? Even with chemo? Nobody seems worried, just wondering if anyone has experience with this. Many thanks.

Thanks, Momine. I feel a little silly because it's most likely nothing, but I will feel relieved to get an all clear. Initially the biopsies indicated IDC, but after UMX it came back ILC. If I had known I might have considered a bilateral MX.

I had all the same feelings on other side six months post op but mri showed it was nothing, hope yours is same result....
