    I wear lightly-weighted foam "foobs" by Jodee.  I live in the Miami area, so it gets very hot here and the silicone prosthetics were just too heavy and too hot.  also, I found out the hard way at the beach that silicone floats!

    I sew pockets in my bras.  right now, actually, I am wearing the Bali Comfort Revolution and that is working out well.  also, the Genie bra is soft and already has pockets in it... would be good for light prostheses and is not at all expensive.
