Hi,  I had a bilateral mast. in late Jan.  Surgery went very well--no pain, really.  I've been exercising and I want to start swimming.  I have my regular breast forms but need swim forms--something lighter.

Ladies, any recommendations?  Thanks so much.

I finally bought a silicone breast form for swimming last year. It is the solid silcone. Some ladies have also suggested that they have used the bath/shower net scrubbies inside the suit cups and that they worked well.

I just received my MicroBead forms that I ordered from Mary Lacaze @sews4mastectomy. This lady is amazing, and has a great website full of info and great ideas. I haven't tried the form in the water yet, but it fits in my suit really well.

Mary will sew them for you for a really nominal cost if you aren't a sewer, or you can use her tried a tested pattern on the site to sew your own. She even tells you how much fill to put in for each size.

    Hope this helps.
