I went to bed right after the show after a shot of Nyquil and feel fine today, slept till 10:00!! Liked Patrick's raspy voice, I think he' ll pick Adam. How bout you Sheila, better?
-
It's heartbreaking when the chairs don't turn. Tough business, you have to put up w/ rejection. But, worth the risk, it must feel great when you're successful.
-
Just feeling tired.....tea is in order
-
We need to do some detective work to find out when the actual voting episodes start........
-
Whew, last minute chair turn, sheila, you're our investigator for all things The Voice.
-

Re: The Voice-I didn't get to watch this week. How long do the blind auditions last? This is my 1st season watching.
Re: AI-I won't be watching tonight as I'm going to go see Janis Ian live. Any of you remember her?
-
I never watched The Voice before this season either, but then I watched Week 1 repeat on Sunday, and watched this weeks, so I am up to date. Wow! The singers that got picked are all pretty good (and even some that they passed on were good too) but I don't know how I am going to remember all 48. I guess it gets whittled down pretty quick. The judges are not as snippy here, but already I noticed Adam has spouted off the same "you could win this whole thing" shpiel to more than just one of his team. Technically, it's true, any one of them could win it. but after hearing Adam say the same to several of them, it is already sounding hollow.
Yes, Eph, I remember Janis Ian; liked "Society's Child." I'm just too much of a cheapskate to pay the ticket prices for just about anyone, these days. Guess that is why I'm at home watching shows like AI & TV.
-
Her album "At Seventeen" was like my anthem album - I would play it over & over & over!
I found out about the concert totally by accident. When I was going to the guitar store for my weekly lesson, there was a flyer in the window. I was doing one of those quick perusals, already headed on past when I jerked to a stop & backed up slowly! Yes-what to my wondering eyes?--I got home from aforementioned lesson, went on-line & bought the ticket. I figured if not now, when? I'm so excited!!!
-
Joni...go have good time...stop by tomorrow to update us...
Elimar....I think we are a bunch music lovers...when the music is good of course
Who can remember that many names......
I start my remembering lessons when the voting starts
-
I want one of DIVAs to fall on the stage so badly.....God forgive me
-
Sheila, LMAO, you are too much, let it be NM to bite the dust. If I hear Randy say "YO man" one more time, I'm going to scream. Burnell was BBBoring!
-
Oh my goodness, that was terrible, is the whole night going to be boring, we are so spoiled by The Voice and the fantastic judges, you are right on the money sheila, they are like family.
-
-
Hey Ladies. Really liked Kree tonight!
-
KREE didn't touch me tonight........
-
Wonder...we were posting the same time
OK this is what I'm doing during NM remarks...hitting the MUTE button and reading the close captioned.....It's working out perfect...
Someone mentioned this on FB...i love the idea
-
Knew something was off with her tonight, still the BEST so far by a mile. Great idea on the mute, I end up answering her stupid remarks out loud, she is better mute.
-
Candice will be in the finals if she continues this calibre of singing, Burnell was carried along on her coattails, he is just one B Boring on this one. Janelle - knock em dead, girl.
-
Janelle was very cute...i love her......not the best performance
-
Love her too, top three again, great outfit and she rocked the stage, you did real good girl.
-
Wow, Lazaro is much better this week!
-
-
Sheila: we are agreeing to disagree this week!
I thought he was in tune this week, which has been a troubled area for him.
-
I cannot tell a lie, he didn't suck this week, that's as far as I'll go.
-
Hey Girls!
Haven't been watching regularly but DH is out of town.... Just caught Janelle and Lazaro. Thought each did really well... Thought Lazaro did a great job with a tough song! Freddie Mercury and Queen is such a recognizable sound that you really need to nail it or it will just be painful... I think he did well!
