I would recommend seeing your primary care asap.  I is probably some sort of skin rash, but best to have it seen.  If he or she thinks there is more to be concerned about, they will direct you.  If you are still concerned, you may need to advocate for yourself to see a oncologist.  Better to fgollow up and find it is nothing, than to ignore.

    Be well,

Why not see a dermatologist? ...at 22, it's incredibly unlikely to be breast cancer, much less something as rare as IBC. Did you put any creams or stuff on it to stop the itching?   That could cause peeling and flaking.  So could excessive scratching.  But, the safest thing to do is to go to the doctor, and since it sounds like a skin thing, the best doctor to see is a dermatologist.  Good luck!! :)

i jus put an aloe vera lotion on it. and the itching wsnt intense but just really slight so i avoided touching the area.

If you're uncomfortable with what's happening, see your doctor.  I suggested starting with your dermatologist.  Someone else said your PCP.  No one can tell you what's going on over the internet...we can make all the suggestions and guesses in the world, but that's all they are - blind guesses.  See your doctor to find out what it is.

    Good luck!! :)

okay so the redness is also pretty much gone..i mean its jus visible when u click a pik of the area( appears very slightly pinkish that too under some lights) . peeling and flaking is the only thing that remains.
