Here's the latest from the Stanford website. They're looking at starting human clinical trials next year - they have to manufacture a human version of the anti-CD47 antibody. Sounds promising!

We are now hopeful that the first human clinical trials of anti-CD47 antibody will take place at Stanford in mid-2014, if all goes well.

Hmmm. I just noticed that this article was written March 26, two thousand and TWELVE.

It's a year old. No wonder I hadn't seen it on the news THIS week.

My BC dr told me he would most likely be out of a job because of this. It has been around for a couple of years in fact right after my surgery he went to Vegas to a seminar about this. Dont we all wish we could be a little mouse in the corner.
