Bumping for Nickibond.  Welcome to BCO.  Weekends can be a bit slower here, but this bump should keep your question on the Active Topics list.    Deanna

Welcome Nicki. I'm not sure I can guide you except to put plenty of questions about the risks and benefits of any proposed treatment to your doctors. By far, most TN women do undergo chemotherapy as it is our only systemic treatment. However, there are some who couldn't do chemo for medical reasons, or had very small tumours where the benefits of chemo may not have been clearcut. You may find some additional information here, including research outcomes here: http://www.tnbcfoundation.org/

    Hi Nicki,

I chose to do the chemo as it was recommended by my oncologist. Those were the guidelines that he printed for me. I did AC for 12 weeks and Taxol for 12 weeks. Good luck to youSmile
