Stress-Cancer Connection

hmmm, maybe that explains why this came up..maybe not but sure is interesting since I am in a constant state of stress the last 4 years. Thanks for sharing!

My goal used to be to reduce my blood pressure through diet and exercise to the point where I no longer needed blood pressure medication.

I was fairly sucessful.  One med was stopped and my beta blocker was slowly being reduced in dosage.

Then the studies started to appear about the effects of beta blockers on breast cancer.

I am on a minimum dose of beta blocker and I told my PCP that I hope I can remain on it forever.
