triple negative and high alkaline phosphate levels

don't know if I'm posting this in the right section but I'm sure the moderators will know.As you can read my dx I have tn braca1.until my next ct they don't know if its already mets into my 3rd rib posterior same side as bc. 2 ct show spot then following bone scan didin't they are doing the wait and see until my next ct March 20th.Curious about the phosphate levels. They can increase due to mets.Yes I know other things can cause them to be raised also. But my real question is, all these things I read about eating to keep the acid levels down in your system as cancer loves them. But if you already have mets your levels will be raised anyways, what happens if you juice or eat the right foods and no meat etc and your levels are normal because of it? But that won't let you know if the levels are from that or if because you eat that way, you mets won't be noticed. So unless I have chemo brain(which I'm sure I do) why does it even matter to try to get your acid levels down, it wouldn't stop the cancer it would just lower your levels making it harder to detect?
