Hi bevg... I call north Florida the "real" Florida but it is changing too fast too. I live in one of the last junky little beach towns in Florida. No chain restaurants, no wal-mart, only one high rise condo that snuck in during the 80s, two stop lights...but modernization is creeping in. Good and bad.
