hello renee, it probably muscle or nerve damage.  my mother who is a 20 year survivor of bc still daily has shooting pains along the scar line and over her chest. she has had every possible test and all come back with the same, nerve damage.

Hi Renee - I am 12 years out and still have shooting pains under my arm whre I had nodes removed.  Doctor says it's nerve damage.  Most of the time comes on when it's cold.  I would mention to doc at next follow up just to be sure.  Good luck and keep surviving!EmbarassedCool

Hi wow 12 years out that is wonderful.

Were you Tripple Negative or another type?

Thanks the cold seems to make a difference for me to I had no node involvement
