IBC at 30?

I never heard of IBC until about 10 days ago... My left breast got very swollen, but also tender, like before a period. It hasn't gone away. Im 30 years old. I had a mammo and u/s yesterday. The doc said I had cysts, but nothing to worry about. Then today I've noticed small changes - a slight indentation in the bottom of my nipple (so slight I wonder if I'm seeing things), and slight puckering of the skin (again, it's so slight a doc might not see it). My breast is also much warmer than my right one, this just started today. Trouble is, I'm moving to a new city tomorrow, and have no doc there. I know I should get a biopsy, so I will try to figure something out when I get there.

Could cysts cause puckering?

There's a chance I could be pregnant - could that cause this?

This is so incredibly stressful and happening the the worst possible time. :(

Hi Bon, thanks so much for your reply. Turns out, I'm pregnant!! It is certainly a relief. It is odd that only one of my breasts is swollen, but I guess not unheard of in pregnancy. The puckering and heat are gone. I am a bit concerned though... They did a mammo when I would've been only 4 weeks, so I hope that didn't hurt the baby.
