Alternative therapy working

I have been using alternative therapies for nearly 10 months. Most of the tumors are gone or smaller; except for one, which is slightly larger and only visible on ultrasound not MRI. Does anyone know if ultrasound shows cancer that does not show up on an MRI?

    Blubelle -

I don't know that answer, but in light of you being alternative..... I suggest that you consider thermography, about $150 out of pocket.  It shows the difference between cancer and not with colors and the film, no radiation.  Go to a naturopath though, not the chiropractor unless he he also naturpoathic.  But chiros are usually where you will find these 'machines' unless you dig in and start calling.  It's just that bc is different than allignment, right?

In the book Outsmart Your Cancer, Dr. Gonzalez in Dr. Kelley's Enzyme Therapy says he likes to see the main turmor enlarge at first, it shows the increase in the natural healing inflammation response, he says to othat some tumors die but wall themselves off and are just there like an old bird's nest.

I noticed you on my thread, does bc hurt, and checked out your bio, how I ended up here, seeing new threads in Alt Med Forum.  So hello.

Hi bluebell. What are the types of alternatives you are using? If you don't mind telling me some of them I'm always interested in learning about treatmentts I may not know about. Just today I was reading a lot about iodine and how important it is for so many different functions. I think I will start taking it.

    Hi HLB,

I'm taking Iodoral 50mgs. a day. This is Iodine. I am also going to order an Iodine Tester I found out about through this website and see where I am. Iodine is suppossed to be good for shrinking tumors. Have you heard about it?

    Hi All,

    Here's what I'm doing in a nutshell.

Juice 32 - 50 oz. of greens a day. Carrot, Beet, Kale (purple and green), Cauliflower, Dandelion Greens, Collard Greens, Broccoli, Chard, Fennel, Peppermint, Oregano, Apple, etc.....

I am on the Budwig Oil Protein Diet. I have the Budwig Breakfast every morning. In the beginning I had it 2-4 x's a day. Now I just have the cream throughout the day in White Organic Wine. It's yummy and a treat.

I eat only Organic, no chicken or eggs. I don't really eat that much. I cheat with cookies and olive oil. I had lost 25 pounds, but am now at my normal weight; maybe a little light.

Take 500mg. Niacin. (Sometimes I will take another 500mg. after about a couple of hours to make sure the colon will soak it up fast).                                                                                                                                          Coffee Enema (Gerson Therapy)Wheatgrass Implant (put wheatgrass in the colon with an enema bucket) (Optimum Health Institute)                Flax Oil Implant (put flax oil in the colon with an enema bucket)

    50mg. Iodoral daily

    10,000iu's Vitamin D daily

Meyer's Cocktail IV Treatments with Glutithione at the end. 1 x week.

Marijuana Oil and juice the leaves

I am using The Emotion Code and getting certified this month.

That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure there's more.

    Big hug!! Blubelle

Thank you Bluebell! Yes, I have heard that iodine can kill cancer. I was reading a big long thing about it and I think it was Dr Sirus. I have a bottle of Lugols. How does that compare with what you are taking as far as the dose? Like how many drops of Lugols would be equivalent. I just got really hungry for some eggs!

I also got some magnesium chloride in a spray bottle. I've been using it under my arms and the bo that I've had for 8 years now due to not wearing deoderant went completely away. I couldn't believe how great it works for that! That was another thing recommended by dr Sirus.

I think they were the best egss I ever had! I don't feel deprived since I've been on this healthy diet, but when I do eat something I'm not supposed to, its like OMG this is sooooo goood! Lugols is an iodine solution that comes in a dropper bottle. Its a formulA that I think some guy named lugol came up with way back when. I've been putting 2 drops per day in my coffee because I have no idea really how much I should be using.

    I googled it: http://www.healthy.co.nz/ailment/2059-lugols-iodine-solution-for-normal-thyroid-function.html

Here you go, Methods of application...

Use a brush or the glass dropper to apply the Lugol's Iodine solution to your upper thigh or lower abdomen in a 3" square patch.

Apply as often as you notice that the iodine has absorbed and the skin is clear. For instance, if absorption occurs in 2 hours, reapply then, if it occurs in 4 to 6 or 8 or 12 hours, reapply whenever you notice that the skin is clear.

The objective of the frequent applications is to accomplish the 24-hour slight stain as quickly as possible, rather than to have to continue applying over several months time. When you eventually notice a faded brown stain after 12 hours, check in another 12 hours for the stain. If your skin is clear after 24 hours, continue application once a day until the stain is apparent after 24 hours. When the faded stain is visible after 24 hours, discontinue with the application, as it is an indication that your iodine levels are normal.

You could also take this in a drink form. Do not use both methods - use one or the other. An internal dosage of Lugol's iodine is generally 1 or 2 drops in a glass of fruit juice, sipped throughout the course of a meal. This dosage depends on your body weight. As a guideline, if you weigh 60kg or less, the recommended amount is 1 drop, taken daily in a meal. If you weigh more than 60kg, the recommended dose is 2 drops instead of one.

Re-check iodine absorption once per month. Repeat the process as above, if it fades in 24 hours or less.

Caution: DO NOT use Lugol's Iodine solution if you have an overactive thyroid or hyperthyroidismIodine treatment is for an under active thyroid gland only.

If in doubt, please get your thyroid hormone levels checked before using this.

Please note that there are indications when sufficient iodine has been taken. If the body is saturated with iodine, you will find that within 0.5 to 1.5 hours of taking the iodine containing drink, there will be a release of

Good info Blubelle - also we need the right tests, I was next to keeling over from CHF bcz I was misdiagnosed for that and it was a nearly dead thyroid working against me.  They must tests for FSH, free3, T3 and T4.... also thyroglobulin, anti-TG Ab, Anti-TPO Ab and Cortisol plus ATCH..  I suggest a natural endocrinologist.  Those who stick you on Synthroid are doing more harm than good.  Your thyroid can be strong again but synthetics are not going to do it.  I have been switched from Syn to natural thyroid compound of t3 t4 plus melatonin and I take naescent atomic iodine sometimes and the Lugols at other times.

Magnesium chloride, I will try that but not too often due to chloride, just don't know about it I guess.  But as needed and here and there never hurts.  I use a natural deodorant that is all herbal.  Sometimes I use colloidal silver due to the odor. I also use pink grafefruit oils and cinnamon oil a few drops in almond oil under arms for bedtime once in a while.  These are cleansing.  But I found that if the cancer is active, which it was last spring/summer and the summer before, then I have an odor that will not go away no matter what I do.  It is one of my signs.

Essa,   Have you ever made Yogi Tea?

    1 big handful cloves

    1 small handful black pepper

    A big bunch of cinnamon

Super small handful of cardamom (I break open the pods)

1 large organic ginger root (or two)

Slice ginger thinly. In a large stockpot bring ingredients to a boil, then simmer for a long time. I keep mine on the wood stove and add water as I drink it. It is very cleansing, antibiotic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory.

If your inclined, google each of the ingredients. It is intense and wonderful. I'm going to make some too.

Anyway, this may help with body odor because of the wonderful systemic properties. It is wonderful for all things in the body.

    Blessings, Blubelle

Thanks bluebell! I don't have thyroid probs, just read that iodine is good for cancer. Going to try that method. Based on what I read it seems you almost can't get too much of the mag chloride. I use a lot less than what they said. Just couldn't believe how well it worked. I've been stinking to hight heaven for 8 years! Usually like chicken noodle soup. Even when I have a sweating hot flash I don't smell anymore.

Thanks for sharing Bluebelle. HLB what strength of iodine do you use? Is it 5%?  Mine is 2%. I put 4-5 drops in my smoothie 2x per day. I read somewhere the correct amounts to use but it was for the 5% so I just double that with my 2%. I wanted to share with you guys too that I've been drinking a teaspoon of MSM powder in my water 1 or 2 x a day and it really helps me to feel better. i take femara and have a lot of joint, muscle pain and fatigue. The MSM has changed the quality of my life and I've read some great things about it's anticancer effects. Besides that, my skin and hair look better since i've started using it daily.

I use the 5% Lugol's from J Crows. Eight drops = 50 mg. You're supposed to take it with selenium--which is good for cancer anyway.

Good! I have selenium too! I grow so weary of so many pills every day. I'm lazy! But I do it. *sigh*

    Blubelle,

I have heard that a combination of tumeric and black pepper works very well for fighting cancer. Maybe, try adding tumeric to your Yogi tea. Did you have more than one tumor? I had 3 small tumors(IDC) in the same breast. The two small ones (4mm) did not show up in the MRI. I did not have ultrasound. But I have noticed that these tests are not as reliable as I thought especially if you have dense breasts. For example, my mammogram showed bunch of white lines in 3/4 of my breast (dense area). The rest was the nondense area which showed an area of calcification. This was the biggest tumor (8mm). If this tumor was located in the dense area, it would be behind the white lines and it would not show. In this case, they would send me a letter saying that everything is ok and come back next year for next mammogram. After my mastectomy, the other two small tumors were found which did not show up in MRI. My BS offered me a lumpectomy but I refused. I am just saying that these scans are not 100 perfect accurate.

May I ask why you did not do surgery?

When I turned 60 I was also diagnosed with NHL B Cell a full body CT revealed a grapefruit size 11 cm tumor on the spleen. I was told by my doctor to do 10 sessions of radiation (about 2500 rads) and was also on oral dexamethasone for about 4 weeks, this caused me to experience teeth movement so I stopped the use of the drug. I started chemo and after 2 months a CT scan revealed it was working but my heart started to hurt so I decided to not continue with the last 2 sessions and stopped, tumor masses were still present. I started to do alternative therapies like Beta Glucan, OKC (Ozone, Vitamin K3 and Vitamin C), vegetable and fruit juice, nutraceuticals and Chocolatl Verde drink.

I feel better with the alternative approach I’m taking and encourage you to continue.
