Waiting on tumor board...

I'm so new to my Dx but still waiting, post-surgery, for adjuvant recommendations. I had no lymph node involvement but possibly some lymphovascular invasion. The jury is still out, literally, with the tumor board. I guess I'm wondering what I might expect as far as care. The other issue they will decide is whether I have one larger tumor or 3 individual tumors... The surgery was done at NOLA and the pathology report suggests three separate. My ONC (her pathologist) is doing her own report from her own slides taken from my tumor post surgery and then running the whole thing past the tumor board. I think it's fantastic she's being so thorough, but what if they disagree?! Do I need to get a third analysis. Frankly, and I'm sure I'm not alone, I'm exhausted from waking up every day and having every thought be about cancer. Can I get a hug?
